I stayed at this place for a couple weeks. My second week I broke the TV on accident. I came home from work and tossed my hat with the intention of it landing on the table but it hit the TV and cracked it. I went and informed the office of the incident and they told me to buy them another one and everything would be cool. I had just paid my rent and the wanna be mgr called my room like 4 hours after this happened and asked did you get a TV. I said no because I just paid rent. He then told me to checkout. This is one day after I payed rent. I didn't argue I just started moving my stuff out. When I'm almost done he came upstairs acting as if he was checking on rooms when really he waited till I carried my stuff to my car and locked the door. So when I got back up there he was standing by my door when I tried my key and it didn't work. He then told me I'm not unlocking the door or giving you your stuff. I told him he was rude and then he said you called me rude I'm calling the cops. I said idc I didn't do anything. He said, you broke my TV. I replied I told you I'd get you another one but I can't get you one right this minute because i just paid rent and i dont have the money. He said it's not my fault you don't have money. Go buy the TV and I'll give you your stuff. So I said you're really not giving me my stuff? He said no. So I told him I'm calling the cops the and I did. They got there I explained what happened and they said, the TV is a civil matter but him keeping your stuff is theft. The officers went inside and took about 10 minutes of arguing with the guy before I got my stuff. These people are rude. Worst place I have ever stayed at honestly.
I had a lovely stay at America's Best Value Inn & Suites Haltom City. The rooms were nice, clean, and tidy, with a nice shower. The staff was extremely polite and cooperative, making the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with major shops and gas stations close by. I highly recommend this motel for family stays and will definitely come again and again.
Their advertised price is 59 dollars in their website. 6 dollars off today. I verified this. Drive to the hotel and told the clerk I would be goin by 730 am . She asked how many hours? She had the room. And asked for 90 dollars I told her what I saw on the website and she replied, “ I don’t have any rooms. Do not go here.! It’s for the local addicts . I just drove in from Arkansas and needed a room for a nap.
Positive: It was clean Negative: Yes the service and their snack and drink machines weren?t working that was a big deal for me because I didn?t have a car to go to the store and get snacks and drinks
I got a lot of red flags staying here. I didn’t book online, I was a walk in. The lady at the counter told me the room was $75 but then told me the room was $90. She made it seem as though she didn’t know how to take a credit card payment so I had to pay cash. She kept calling someone and Asking if it was all adults or just me and my children. If you’re a single woman or a woman with children alone make sure you have protection for yourself. There are no phones in the rooms, the door locking mechanism was missing that leads to adjoining rooms. The room next to mine door was open so you wouldn’t need a key to enter. I had to put a plastic bag in the hole of the door where the lock should’ve been to hear noise. One good kick and that door would’ve been open. Leaving out this morning at 8:45am, 2 men were in the hallway waiting a few doors down. One look like maintenance guy or housekeeping and the other possibly the owner/manager but the Hotel was mostly empty so I found that a bit odd. The entire night I was unsettled due to all the things that I noticed. The entire downstairs is under “renovation”
So it wasn’t a lot of guest here.
With everything going on with human and s (ex) trafficking I’m always on high alert. Too many things stood out to ignore. Only reason I stayed was because my fiancé was with us to which I didn’t mention to keep everyone on their feet. Something in my gut just wouldn’t let me leave without writing a review.

Front desk staff was polite and helped me out when I had a issue with my room they recognize me which made me smile. They are normal people with normal lives. Thank you for the value added to the daily lives of the customer's nisha and Paul was awesome
The staff is really rude and nasty towards customers, they act as they are superior that their tenants.
