Misty is great. Very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff is very friendly. We have our German Shepherd and everyone is great with her. Plenty of clean towels and bedding. Our insurance company put us here after a house fire and the housekeeper gave me great tips for getting the soot smell out of our stuff that we were able to bring. Great place to stay on Cedar Creek lake

Stopped in for the night . Check in went smoothly. Lady at the desk was very nice . This is an older hotel . But, the bathroom was very clean . The amenities were good . Breakfast was sufficient and the coffee was really good.

Paid for what I expected and I’m satisfied. Yes the hotel needs updates but the service and friendly atmosphere was great .

We've stayed at this hotel before about 3yrs ago. It was nice then, not so much this time.

Check in was great. Very friendly and efficient employees. This was probably the best part of our stay, sadly.

We had a first floor room. Upon entering the room it smelled like smoke. We didn't have a microwave or a table. There was a place for an iron but no iron. No hangars. No tissue.

NOT NEWLY RENOVATED!! Just what you see when enter the building. They did not renovate rooms or pool or hot tub!! Smoke and mirrors when you walk from hallways and foyer. Get in your room and it's trash! Furniture outdated and stained and bed linens have blood stains and holes in them. All furniture is junk and stained. Cabinets and drawers are all broken and old. Light fixtures are old and barely there sum don't have covers or lights. Also pool area not renovated. Old pool equipment. And a non working hot tub and tiles falling off into pool creating a possible danger to be cut. Very unsafe!

This is the crappiest motel around Cedar Creek Lake. The rooms stink and need to be remodeled. The hot tub and pool needs to be shut down as the hot tub don't filter at all. And pool barely does. I would not recommend this place as it is nasty!! Rooms smell and dog hair and cat hair in the rooms and smell of cigarettes. Half the refrigerators don't work right and when you get into your room it's hot. Ac wasn't even on!! And it was a suite! Needs new furniture as all is stained and wore out. As well as new carpet in all rooms!! Nasty dog pee and cat pee and feceies are still in the carpet and of course underneath as there is plywood under carpet. Doors to balconies don't seal properly and cigarette smoke comes in the rooms regardless. I could go on and on!! People renovate your property hot tub pool rooms and all. Because we should not have to pay for something we can't even use or is dangerous to even get in as the hot tub does not filter!! Nor does the jets work. Heater barely works. Just poor upkeep and needs to be remodeled. Besides the paint they did in hallways and carpet. Everything you see when you come in looks good. But when get to rooms can tell haven't been painted and all furniture and carpet is 20 years old and stained and nasty. As well as bed sheets and comforters and all. Stained and had holes in them. Pillows are little bitty and they don't leave enough towels. They also state that they fix the issues on here I see and they tell you that so you will come back. Don't fix anything! Moldy smelly rooms!! Extended stay down the road is clean and all updated and smells nice because rooms have been remodeled and updated.

First of all, we called ahead and were told that the property was newly renovated so we were very surprised and upset when we arrived. The room smelled like mildew and mold. It literally took your breath away as you entered. There was very visible mold above the window and the paint was peeling off the area. The shower curtain had mold all on the bottom and there was rust in the shower floor. Even the hair dryer was completely rusted where the air comes out. The furniture was falling apart. The lamp didn’t even have a shade!! The medicine cabinet in the bathroom had open pipes as you opened the door and there was missing tile behind the bathroom door. We had family staying in the room next door to us and the only pro to their room was that it didn’t smell. The furniture looked the same like it was bought at a flee market and was falling apart. A few pillows were very thin & hardly had any stuffing inside. The fridge was off when we arrived so we had to put our cooler in the office fridge overnight. I understand the price is cheaper to stay here, but there is no reason it should be cheap and very poorly maintained. The office staff had 2 chairs sitting directly in front of the lobby sliding doors for people to smoke and the odor was going into the hotel lobby. We have a toddler & infant, which was not okay for them to be breathing it in that way. If you look at the outside on the hotel eaves, there’s tons of these dirt nests also that look horrible! This hotel should be shut down to be renovated or just closed down. Do NOT recommend!!

I'm staying at this hotel for awhile due to a flood in my house. My insurance paid almost 5k for me to stay here while I remodel my house. I chose this place because I stayed here a few years ago and it was really nice had a queen suite with double beds big spacious room with serperate sitting room, That's what was booked through my insurance upon arriving needless to stay it's not what it was supposed to be, the lady at the front desk in the afternoon is very very rude more interested in playing on her phone and talking on it than trying to help. My insurance called numerous times upon check in and the day after to get the room situation fixed and it still has yet to be done. Half the time the phones not answered, but The lady in the evening time around 9pm was very friendly and helpful trying to resolve the situation and told me they will have the correct room tomorrow for me. Overall the service is horrible when you have employees that roll their eyes at customers and would rather play on their phones and get pissed off when you complain about the situation not being handled like it should. This is unacceptable for any business to be handled especially when being paid almost 5k to stay here for 45 days with almost everything out of service and rude service. Hopefully this gets resolved and the room situation is taken care of and the stay is better than what it is now

Arrived after a 5 hour drive, went into lobby, no one was at the desk, call hotel number and just got a busy signal.

After 10 minutes the cleaning lady came down to help me, after getting the access card I went upstairs and checked out the room and they had given me a non suite room which cost less, I went back downstairs and nobody was at the desk again waited 15 minutes and had to actually go find the cleaning lady again, she told me they’re renovating the suites and that there’s no way I can get one and told me to contact Priceline for a refund, I have had this reservation for over a month and the hotel never told contacted me to let me know this room has not been available, manager won’t be in till Tuesday which I will speak with them then, they did tell me they can offer a refund the next day, but there is total lack of communication or accountability at this hotel. Don’t recommend at all

Edit: rooms tv is from mid 2000s when flat screens first came out, there’s mold or some kind of crud all on the outside balconies as well as wasp/hornet nests above the balcony.

Edit: they said they refunded one night, I have not receive it yet, but will update when I do.

Edit: I did get the refund for one night, I recommend they update they’re furniture, enforce they’re no smoking policy because curtains had holes in them, clean the outside of your building and balcony’s, they’re covered in wasp and mud dabbed nests, fix the elevator it makes a ton of bad noises, get better communication from staff and actually take accountability, I never once heard anything from the manager, I was told multiple time the manager would be on at this time and was not, the manager never called me.

I hoping they take this criticism and fix they’re issues.

We go here alot and the last time I was very disappointed. They Really dnt have a good selection for breakfàst. Most of the staff eats most of it and I got there at 7 am and hardly anything was left 2 tiny yogurts gravy but one biscuit. Nothing else really waffles get old if u serve it every morning. Had a couple arguing on the upstairs balcony. Then around 1am Fri someone came banging on our door just me and my son both handicapped. We had his dog so luckily she scared them away. Called the front desk no answer for thirty mins . Finally went to bed . They have 2 irianen girls that live there and work there . Kind of rude, hide behind a wall or they in the kitchen cooking thier indian food which stinks up the motel but want to blame it on dogs ect u can tell the dam difference between dogs and thier indian food. Then there's a black man that sits in the back of the dining room on a computer he's nice but he never seems to move . Everything we went out he seemed to be there on his laptop and or phone in the dark. I asked house keeper they said they didn't know who he w as . We saw him walking then we saw him at taco bell on his phone and computer lol. If u ask for towels u have to give them yours and instead of giving u fresh ones they tell u when they get done they will bring them back . Which they never do . I always had to go down at night time to ask for them . Very noisy . It's changed alot very disappointed. Probably won't be back the black man was creepy, just alot of differences. The only thing good was house keeping ladies
