Very hardworking management, excellent maintenance team working dillegently to renovate the property and sustain the upkeep of the rooms. Sweet housekeeping that do an excellent job of ensuring the facility and rooms are being kept clean. Good work ethic and I have faith in the management's potential to maintain and sustain the future excellence of this community!
Do not come and stay at this hotel they are not stocked in their hotel rooms. They do not clean their hotel rooms and when you go down to the front office, they apparently cannot get you anything that you need. I do not recommend this hotel at all, my fiancé was in the shower. We had absolutely no towels. I went down to try and get some. They tried to blame it on housekeeping, but yet she couldn’t get us any at all as well. I do not recommend this hotel at all
The pictures on the the apps make it look great it is nothing but a crack house. Our room was extremely dirty there was pee in the toilet the carpetvwascso filthy we didn't want to take our shoes off there coastal sex toy in the night stand the ceiling was coming apart over the tub missing cabinet doors holes in the walls no bed spreads we where supposed to have a pull out couch andcan extra bed they got rid of the couch and just put a bed there only a couple of pillows 2 towels that looked like they where used to wipe up something I immediately asked for towels they said they didn't have any listing said there was a full restaurant with room service nope said there where elevators they didn't work stay away don't waste your time.
I was ecstatic to make a doordash delivery at this establishment for years earlier I took my then new family there to brag on it, & they loved it. Now most of the inner courts had graffiti on the walls and a few of the elevators had out of order on them. I have visited several states and cities in which your company property was run down now. I know that your headquarters are in China, what does this say about your people that come over here for business or just visit the way this world is going? Please change your business practices.
Missing the couch fridge isn't working leaking faucets and my air conditioner broke and flooded my closet and ruined my $500 Harley Davidson leather jacket and all they. Would say was oh well shit the air conditioner off and maintenance will be in tomorrow
I went here on 6/20/24. Got my room. And it was nothing like the pictures. The kitchen ceiling was falling down. The patio doors was locked by a broom handle. And still had a gap. The tv remotes had no batteries. Couldn't watch TV. And the closet had water coming from the ceiling. I immediately went down the road and got another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff did say I would be refunded my money. And still to this day have not heard anything back from them.
Hmm cable didn't work in one room so moved up to a room where the ac did not work said someone would come out and fix ac yet no one showed up manager is incompetent and I feel some of the staff are racist I had to stay here as a last resort never again if you want your personal belongings gone thru perfect place to stay at this review will get seen I'm a level 4 reviewer
The prices are high, but the people here don’t take care of their building. There’s bed bugs, leaking roofs and the customer service is low quality. The environment is nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they get a new management and take care of the building. It doesn’t make sense to charge high rent and not take care of the building, but still expect people to pay and want to be here. The pool doesn’t even work here, but it’s advertised. Definitely don’t recommend this place.
