My wife and I were each given a room due to United maintenance issue causing us to miss our flights. I would suggest taking both rooms if possible for you. There are bare bare bare essentials in these rooms, including pillows and towels. Air conditioners were not on in either of our rooms so we went to bed extremely hot. Lying in bed now sweating at 11pm and we’ve had the ac blasting for 2 hours. Hoping to be cold by the time we wake up for our shuttle back to the airport. Woo!!
Misleading information. No pets allowed. A/C's in the hallways were off. Therefore, it was hot and smelled bad. Although the room was equipped with micro and micro, they offer no continental breakfast, no fridge or stove in room, which was a huge inconvenience. I was happy with the front desk service who made an exception for my service dog. But I believe it was a manager that was doing rounds with housekeeping who practically screamed at me because my baby was there with us. She was rude and angry. We told her we had permission and you are listed as per friendly
We couldn’t check into our flight for 5 hours & there is no where at Houston airport to store bags so we called & Travis told us where to go for free shuttle, had us picked up, allocated a room so we could store bags have a shower etc for $55. Would definitely recommend this motel & service thanks ????
The rooms are adequate for the price. The bed was marvelous, and this is a statement made by someone who had four back surgeries! But what really made this day was the service. The manager was available on site and was so accommodating to us that he made the stay a four star. Even with the area rolling Brown out, it just made for new stories to tell!
This place is absolutely foul. We got placed here like I’m sure quite a few do from United after a delay caused us to miss our next flight out and it’s actually disgusting to think they send people to stay here to be accommodating. It’s out date, the rooms smell, the air conditioner is so damn loud, I’m unease to even sit on the beds and the bathrooms look like they come straight out a horror movie. Needless to say I won’t be getting any sleep here
We had a horrible layover in Houston and needed an emergency room. The gentlemen at the front desk was super professional and incredibly helpful in a stressful situation. The rooms were clean and spacious and the shuttle service was great. Make sure you locate the hotel shuttle service pick up. The shuttle service is shared by a bunch of hotels but they're all next to each other so you'll end up in the correct spot.
We arrived late and left early. Was what we needed for the night. Check in man was lovely. Main problem was arriving in our room with an unwell son and it took ages to cool down the room with the air con.
The hotel was good for its class and served its purpose. Close to IAH airport with shuttle service provided to and from the airport. The rooms were clean. with parking space and wheel chair accessible. Also has some food places nearby and you can place order or and have meals delivered. The environment appears safe.
