2 live roaches 1 dead one. Missing a lampshade. TV wouldn't turn on. Stains all over the walls, beds, and floors. The smell was disgusting. Weird holes in the walls and parts of the walls were missing paint. The guy was nice, understanding of us leaving. Please clean your hotel rooms and like maybe consider an exterminator?? DO NOT STAY HERE. I mean, unless you have no better option (sleeping in your car would be better than staying in this hotel) ????
I had to change rooms because my refrigerator didn't work even after they "fixed" it. The AC didn't get cold, and then it leaked all over the floor. When I changed rooms, they knocked on my door the next morning and told me I had to leave (I have 2 small children and still had 2 days on my reservation). The hung their personal clothes on the fence to around the pool to dry. And said/did nothing about the man passed out for 2 days outside the back door! I will not be back!
If you like stinking, filthy rooms, broken furniture, thin stained towels and sheets,and if you don't need lamps this is the place for you. Should have left the moment I saw the room. The window was not closed and locked and there are no curtains. There was a blind for the window but it didn't cover the sides so the outside light blinded me all night.
our family went here because it was cheap and close to summer waves. I looked at the pictures online which showed light blue walls and a nice blue colored throw cover (room had a bleach stained red cover with 2 flimsy pillows). I wasn’t expecting the best BUT wasn’t expecting this either. No matter how cheap, it shouldn’t be disgusting. I didn’t see housekeeping just 2 employees. There was stuff splattered on the walls, dust and grim on all surfaces. We didn’t even unpack our bags. We didn’t feel safe after dark. The drink machine was out of order. There was a room that appeared to have over flooded down the hall. The breakfast consisted of muffins & juice but the juice machine shot out water instead of juice. The staff was friendly and it was a pretty quiet place. There was people smoking weed at the pool and a broken crack pipe in the parking lot. We won’t be back.
We checked in, looked in the room (that smelled extremely dirty, musty, and smokey), bam one Roach. Then looked at other reviews. This place has a Roach infestation. Please please please book a different hotel. They were nice enough to refund our room.
I could handle the gross towels, thick smell of smoke in my room, and no waters for the guests because of the low price. But 3 roaches crawling on the wall at night was enough for me to give this one star- place is disgusting.
Positive: The pool Negative: We saw a cockroach in our bathroom. Although I reserved for 4 guests, there were only 2 towels provided. When I asked for more, I was told I needed to return the 2 we had. This was unacceptable to me that we could not all showe after using the pool.
Loose toilet, duck tape holding shower rod together, 90% of lightbulbs not working, ac was extremely weak, was sweating all through the night, shoddy sheet rock repair work, no carpet, floor was all tile, moist moldy smell throughout entire building, no vending machines in the area labeled "Vending Machines". The elevator smells like it was painted with yellow curry instead of paint.
Staff was friendly, no words were exchanged however.
Close to the beach and interstate.
Will not stay here again, if I forget and make a reservation, please call me and tell me I am not welcome.
