Positive: "" Negative: The air conditioner did not work well, and our room stayed very warm. The paint on the wall was peeling, the bedspreads were old and worn, one of them had a large rip in the top of it with the quilting coming out.
The hotel is older & located right around the corner from Silver City & the attractions. I Travel a lot & the company puts us up in hotels. We’ve had some really awful experiences with other big chain hotels and this one has been pleasantly surprising! I’ve personally been impressed with the cleanliness, the friendly staff and room. They aren’t bougie or as updated as the others, but they’ve been cleaner, haven’t seen bugs crawling around , they smell fresh and the AC keep the room cool. . They are renovating the pool and the rooms are newly renovated as is the building. The grounds are newly landscaped,

This was my very first time booking a hotel and it was the easiest thing I have ever done. The receptionist was so sweet and very helpful :) the rooms were very cozy as were the beds. The outside is absolutely beautiful and the location to get from a to b is very nice you don’t have to drive much at all. Will DEFINITELY be coming back to this cozy spot in Branson :)
Neal and Kameron went above and beyond for us. Our travel agency doubled book our two rooms. Neal pointed out that we had four rooms reserved. He told us to notify our travel agency and he wouldn’t charge us to cancel the room. We had an awful time trying to explain the situation to the travel agency. Neal came back to the hotel to get on the phone and explain the situation himself. Kameron was so patient with assisting us through the whole process. Will definitely be coming back.
This hotel was absolutely disgusting! The first room we entered had cockroaches, we let the staff know and were then moved to the 4th floor. When we got to that room there were bed bugs & dirty qtips under the sheets. Wouldn’t allow my dog to stay there
We got here today 7-11-2023. We have very good service and we stayed here before and we are staying 4 days this time and got a good deal. The yard is very pretty and the beds are great..
We were greeted with big smiles and the room was great and the staff was really nice. I'd totally stay again.i love where the hotel is on the strip of where everything to do was you could walk down to the ferris wheel and walk around everything like the go-karts and stuff like that was.
