I must have left a valuable necklace when we stayed there 2 nights Nov. 22-24 of this year. I called and someone who didn’t understand much English, said she would ask housekeeper. Never received any answer. Called again, said room number-219-was told there were no 200 rooms in the motel???? So- someone is wearing a valuable necklace.
Been here before and they did remodel it is the only good thing. When I got there they charge a $50 ?deposit and since they are foreigners they don't quite understand if a guest leaves the room in excellent condition they should get the deposit back and they dont.. so instead of paying $50 per night your really paying $100 per night. Don't go to hotels with a deposit you won't get it back cause they use it to charge you $100+ for a room and you can get a better room and no rudeness at a hotel for $100. Much better service and no rudeness.
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. They don’t clean rooms, they had us walk to the other hotel to grab towels. The sheets have stains and when I walked into the room, the lamp was broken and doesn’t work. They are not professional at all, so I would go to a completely different hotel. The only thing this hotel cares about is finding out how to charge you more money. Update: I found out someone working at the hotel used our credit card on file that we checked in with to buy food for themselves at McDonald’s and dominos, so I will be filing a police report.
DO NOT STAY HERE! we checked in after my flight was cancelled and booked for the following day. We started feeling really itchy so we looked around the room and low and behold BED BUGS! Found some by the side tables and under the mattress protector. Let’s not forget the room was disgusting. Not a second later we packed our things that we had touched the bed with in a bag and went to the front desk to request refund. The man upfront said “we’ve never had complaints about bed bugs our staff cleans the rooms” even after telling him I have photos of the bed bugs and even left them on the counter next to the bed on a paper towel. He said I need to talk to the manager for refund but was very hesitant and rude. Still trying to work with getting a refund, but I employ anybody who thinks about staying here to reconsider. It is not a clean or safe place!
Positive: Easy to book and affordable to every financial level people. And very quiet. Negative: Fridge was noisy that's all.. everything else nice I slept really good
Dirty and uncomfortable. I knew we would be staying at an older, less expensive hotel/motel but come on you can still keep it clean. The floors and counter tops were sticky and dirty, the pillows were like sand bags and the entire place just smelled bad. I will not be a returning customer. The owners need to have some pride in their business and clean it. It should probably be condemned.
Positive: The front desk man was nice. Negative: The room was very dirty, the towels didn't look clean, there was 1-2" of dust everywhere, the TV didn't work, the floors weren't clean.
Positive: There was nothing i loved about this hotel. Negative: The hotel room looked it was never cleaned ever in its life. Floors were dirty, there missing knobs on the dresser, curtains had safety pins holding some parts together, night stands were dirty, the couch had different colored coushin on them. GROSS
