Found drugs in the room upon arriving. They were easy to find if housekeeping cleaned thoroughly. The drugs were located in the nightstand right next to the Bible. There were prostitutes across the street and one tried talking to my husband when he left to the store. This was a business trip, therefore no time to change hotels or rooms. The pool was very murky looking and I didn’t trust it. The room looked like the tub overflowed and caused water damage to the whole room near the floorboard.
Positive: This place was not worth the price that I pay You people gave me an option in the beginning of 3 different hit's. To get a deal, you gave me the worst one and I am very displeased that you did that. Negative: I did not like the location. I did not like anything about this room. It was well kept. I must admit that with the location of this hotel. Was and you people picked it for me? Without I don't think I ever trust you to do that again.
Positive: "" Negative: They had soap containers and the one by the sink was empty. We were short towels Also m husband almost fell as the tub was very slipery.
Positive: Next to freeway Negative: Felt very unsafe. There were permanent residents on second floor and lots of shady person around parking lot at all hours. I had no idea hotel was part of low cost housing project rolled into 1.
Called over there only to.fond out that they punish you for using 3 parry sites lie Expedia. They let you check in early with a fee only if you book threw them directly you can't if you did not. Also if you want to extend your reservation and you do it threw a third party you have to check out and come back at 3. This is not the only place to I know of to punish you for using third parties like Expedia. And yet the hotel paids third party sites to be listed on the so if they don't want people using them then why make it an option?
Positive: Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Negative: The pool didn?t work. Hot tub didn?t work. Room was gross and nasty.
Positive: Staff was fantastic, location is peaceful And the jetted bathtub was very nice. Negative: Nothing is bad.
Positive: I was Amazed how clean n neat my room was. Everything was like had a place n was so nicely tucked away. I gave this Hotel a 101 rating. This will be my new home away from home forever. The front desk employees were polite n went above n beyond their duty. Negative: All was 100 % perfect I have zero complaints. Negative: ""
