Had a great stay at this Motel in Atlanta. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was super convenient. Good value for the price—would stay again!
Gangsta gangsta tou better know somebody when you roll up im this spot. They was all cool wid me after they circled my truck 4 or 5 times and figured out I wasn't a cop
I left as soon as I pulled up. Sketchy men wandering around outside the rooms. I felt very uncomfortable and afraid to get out of my car.
When I stayed at this hotel room the manager asked to try to go back and forth with me about a particular room I wanted even though I offered to pay the extra fee. He kept asking me why I didn't want the room m he wanted to give me when he had four other options. I never experienced a manager getting mad that I want to pay more for a room I preferred on top of that the phone in hotel home rang randomly all night every hour on the hour to the point I had to unplug phone which I didn't answer because there was nothing they needed it's like someone was harassing me and I felt unsafe. They also got me arrested and trespassed me because one of my children soild their clothes and I didn't have a replacement because we didn't plan to stay at a hotel but was too tired to travel. I explained to them that I was just waiting for my friend to bring me some clothes and to give me some time.I even had the money to pay for another day or an extra hour but they called the police anyway and I was arrested thankfully I got out 10 days later but why go to that experience just trying to rent a room. Go to another place....
Front desk agent was very racist. Please do not give this business your money, no matter how affordable it is. They DO NOT respect you, they are living off of your money, but will talk to you any kind of way. They wouldn’t dare speak to a White person the way they spoke to me. This hotel needs to be shut down clearly, Wow look at these reviews! A young man and woman refused to apologize for their racism on a recorded call. They both need to be fired. I am staying at Marriott Bonvoy tonight. The room is $280. They are comping my room for 3 days given my horrid experience at this location. Please do not given this hotel one penny of your money.

I Previously got a room here which the prices changes ????, came back and was denied service n she didn’t give me my deposit back that i had just gave her . She didn’t even tell me why I was being denied ! I’m very honest if I knew I had did something wrong I would not be writing this review. If I would have gotten my deposit back that I just handed her then I would of been a little ok but she didn’t so now the america best values gets another 1 star.
This place is horrible lady at front is very rude and disrespectful you pay your money for bad services like they paid for you to stay and that's not case this isn't jail so you shouldn't be treat like one other people that's not my type as in skin tone get treated respectfully unlike the colors she do not need to interact with people very bad disrespectful attitude things happen people sometimes wake up on wrong side don't mean they trouble or causing trouble nobody knows what people going through for to pay to stay and get treated wrong she need to be handle if not fired and also they do not give you anything if you at work or busy when housekeeping comes thats it they dont care my child spilled a drink i use a towle went to ask her disrespectful self she say no i have to wait no other hotel or motel doesnt do this i have stayed in if I ask they give I couldn't bath i had to go to work dirty amd when I got off at 830am working graveyard shift I had to stay up just so I dont miss them to bath me and my kids this place is horrible ahe is horrible
I had a pleasant experience at check-in and great costumer service. My issue came around time to check out the Brother wasn't there and some Indian guy wouldn't give me my deposit when I checked out 3 hours early because I had something important to do. He response was house keeping has to check out the room first. So I left came back around 10:45am house keeping still haven't checked my room. I'm irritated now so I had some words with him pointed out how I haven't violated any terms and all of a sudden I get my refund. The Indian guy is very lazy in my book.
