???????? GROSS!!!
Had we not been evacuating for a hurricane and nowhere else to go, I would have turned right around and left. First of all, I booked online and it felt shady. No confirmation email or text...i tried calling the next day to confirm because we were driving 3 hours to get there. No one was answering the phone. So I called the corporate number, they didn't find any reservations with my name or number attached!!
My husband and I called relentlessly until someone finally picked up and confirmed we were good to go. They sent an email that still seemed sketchy. But we had no other choice.
We get there, no one is in the office to check in. Had to wait around for someone to show. Our room was not anywhere near as decent as the pictures online. It was TINY. Constantly having to scoot around each other...
The chairs and bed coverings had cigarette burns in them. The smell was so bad, I had to go out and buy a candle to help mask the scent. At night, there were tons of German and Australian roaches in the bathroom!!!! Their only solution offered was to spray, but we had children and dogs, so they gave us one dollar general roach trap ????????
The bathroom door had a huge hole at the bottom. Looked like a dog tried to chew it's way out or something.
Also, the shower didn't even work. The water turned on and just slow trickled out at full blast.
I wish I could have my money back. The worst stay I've ever experienced. We had evacuated from a hurricane, but by the end of our stay, it was evacuating HOME! Wish I could give no stars.
My m9m and I had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton. The hotel is older, but our room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. My highest rating goes to the room attendant Paul. He went far above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. He took note that my mom is elderly and assisted me in loading all of our luggage and pups when we left. I would give 10 stars just for him!!!
My husband and I were very thankful we found a place to lay our heads for the evening, as all other hotels in the area were completely booked. The staff was friendly, and accommodated us.
The rooms were updated, however they weren’t the cleanest. Wads of hair in the shower, burn holes in the blankets, dog hair on the comforter, the beds were very uncomfortable and well “broke” in. As well as the hot water not working in the bathroom, a cold shower is what we settled for… with the amount of money that places like this bring in, you would think they would be a little extra care into their business.
Renters beware price on website is not the price you pay at checkout about $35 per room is added for tax and fees charged by the location. Dirty when checked in, cigarette burns in smoke free room, smoke detector hanging, partner awakened to use bathroom and bugs all over. No one answered night service bell, left for a room in Gainesville. Management has yet to issue a refund.

Outside looks a little rough, but the rooms were clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay there.
Dark, dingy rooms. This dump hasn't had a good decent cleaning in ages. Very poor Wi-Fi signals, so just resort to using your own mobile data. TV was in and out. Clean towels was like pulling teeth. Clean sheets were non-existent. Had to beg for bathroom tissue and plastic cups. Everytime I turned on the A/C, a blast of mold filled the room. I got to know the couple next door and found that they were paying a lot less money for their room, which was identical to mine. But the manager said I was mistaken! I could go on. I got the hell out of there as soon as I could. A truly terrible, and expensive experience. Never again. Stay away from this place.
We needed a place to stay and almost everything was booked except the $300+ hotels which we had not budgeted for. We took a chance on this one. It is a low end hotel but you can tell they are making an effort to keep it clean and staff is super nice. My pics are after our stay so beds aren't exactly made. The room had a stale cigarette smell but nothing air freshener didn't take care of. Beds were comfy but you can see the mattresses have some stains. Bathroom door needed replacement but bathroom itself was clean. Water temp and pressure were amazing. I appreciate the laminate flooring over carpet. We had a corner room which was very spacious.
