Could possibly be a really decent cheap hotel if it was ran correctly . No blanket just a sheet on the beds ( front desk said all of them were in laundry) . I'm calling bs , we bought our own at target ! Supposedly non smoking but could smell pot in the bath room ! A 8 inch hole under the sink letting in cold air . Only positive I have it's free parking and close to the dome .
I was relocated here from a hospital in Indiana for 30 days originally and the hospital was extremely generous to offer and pay for me to stay here at no charge whatsoever. I've grown really fond of this place personally and all of the staff members and even management and the owner. This is a family friendly owned and operated business. Sure it's not a 4 or 5 star motel. But you have to be grateful that you have a good place to stay with honest, hard working, very reliable, super helpful and really nice good people overall. Whereas sure the area isn't all that safe at times. Where there are drug addicts and lots of drunk and really sketchy homeless people roaming around the area, and they usually stumble upon the property or the parking lot area and they're either begging for something most of the time or wanting food or something to drink for free. Other than that this place is very decent compared to other 2 star hotels. And it's literally right next to the Lumeire Casino and Hotel, which is a really high end resort and really fun to explore or hangout on the roof of the hotel to grab a drink or some fancy meals from the bar inside. Or you can simply go down to the Casino area and find lots more activities to do. And the best part is America's Best Value Inn is literally just a walk away and right around the corner from the Casino and Hotel. However staying at America's Best Value Inn was an absolutely wonderful experience for me and I personally have and would sincerely like to offer my humble gratitude and real appreciation to everyone who works there, especially the manager Eddie and his son, who really took the time and were really patient to assist me, with any needs or concerns that I had while staying here, and especially in my current state and unfortunate situation. I highly recommend this place hands down and it would be an absolute pleasure to revisit and to see old familiar faces and to enjoy staying here once again.
Room I had was non-smoking but it immediately smelled like weed and cigarettes when I walked in. Floor and surfaces were not cleaned well - even found ash on one of the side tables. Sheets were dirty and when we requested new ones, there was a noticeable brown stain on the bedsheet in a formation that resembled dried blood. At least there weren’t vermin crawling around the room. The location is nice and close to the Dome, but I would suggest finding another place to stay downtown.
This place was awful. The "non smoking" room had been heavily smoked in. The sheets were very worn and had nail polish on them. There was a kid on the steps when we went up smoking pot. Needless to say, we paid the $99 cancelation fee and found another place to stay.
Nice place just needs better housekeeping,newer towels,blankets updated curtains,cheaper snacks,more security,bathroom hygiene products blow dryer new pillows info in room of nearby attractions and food ....maybe Continental breakfast,coffee in rooms, iron and better heat,but their trying,I liked it but it needs better amenities and maybe cheaper rooms,like 80.00 not 120.00 but I enjoyed my stay and will go back if needed

Book with priceline we needed to check in early they told us to not pay priceline ti just book with them, it was more than double priceline booking rate, they charged us for another bed, they charged for our service animal, the TV wouldn't work the place wasn't worth $170 VS $57 special they had on priceline....
Nasty rooms, sheets nasty, just nasty all around. DO NOT COME HERE. IT IS LIKE MOTEL HELL. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. OVER PRICED. DO NOT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU! I AM CALLING HEALTH CODE ON THIS PLACE
