I was staying for 2 weeks and was quite surprised. For the price the room was okay, actually better than I've expected, having read the reviews. The non-smoking room was really a non-smoking room, no complaints. I appreciated the separate heater a lot, also always warm water, fridgerator, microwave, TV. The owners and employees were very nice. I'd book again! Thank you.

The room was run down. Graffiti on the walls, missing an iron, damage to the plaster throughout the room. The sink faucet was loose and almost unusable, there was a wet hair clump in the bathtub drain that looked like a dead mouse at first glance, and there were multiple dots on the walls as if there had been a crime scene mapped out there. The safety built for the door was missing half its pieces, and the window screen looked to have been pried open at least once.
An ice bucket was supplied. However, we could not find the ice machine.
There is no free breakfast, even though they still promote it, and the soda and complimentary coffee machines were out of order.
The free wifi was spotty at best.
Reading the reviews of the past 7 months shows that management really doesn't care. "Thank you.", as a response and not doing anything to fix the reported problems shows a complete lack of care.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Filth on walls above bed was so thick and had handprints in it. Mold in corners by bed agent says is probably insecticide. What looks to be blood splatter on eall next to sink. The room smelled of vomit. They advertise continental breakfast but when you arrive they tell you they no longer do (i could not even imagine eating after seeing this room)When I said I wanted a refund I was instructed to call the manager in the morning when I did the agent said no manager available and said no refund and hung up on me my call lasted only 1.6 min
This hotel is clean but the decor is very, very old. The beds were a little too hard for me, the furniture was old and scratched, the refrigerator was extremely loud and there was no mirror over the sink. The walls were ketchup and mustard colored, there was an ironing board but no iron, lol. The staff was friendly and the cleaning crew did a great job. Its fine for just sleeping but be advised that they allow smoking in some rooms and you can smell it from your room, including all the pot smells. This place needs a massive overhaul.
Do not recommend. A room with two double beds and you can’t have more than 4 people. So if you are traveling as a family with 4 kids (age 7 and under and infant) they knock on your door and threaten you that the extra “guests” have to leave! The room was a dump. Remote didn’t work, fridge was leaking, mold in the bathroom around the tub and on the ceiling. Rude owners from the moment we arrived. Made us leave at 10pm because we had 1 person over their “limit” the 6 month old infant! Needless to say they didn’t refund or prorate our room! Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.
Checked in the first room and the furniture was all broken. The shades are ripped up and have a bungie cord across them to hold them down. The safety chain to the room was broke. Totally disgusting. I switched rooms and it wasn't any better. The carpet under the sink was saturated with water and beer cans left in the trash can. The door looked like it got kicked in and the deadbolt wouldn't even work after the apparent repair. Ended up checking out the next day and got a refund. Avoid this place. I do give it 5 stars for being totally disgusting. I even told the owner that as he was refunding my money and he didn't care at all.
The rooms were filthy the refrigerator was broken and also filthy, the vents had so much dust it gave my wife asthma problems. We couldn't get ice cause there ice machine was broken. I booked for 2 nights stayed the 1st night cause it was late and I couldn't get another room somewhere else. First thing in the morning I went to the office and asked for my refund cause I refused to stay in that filth. She argued with me and said I was not getting any refund until I started recording her and told her I was going to report them to the department of health and the better business bureau. Then she changed her tone towards me and said if I stop recording she would give me a refund for the 2nd night that I had booked.
It’s a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The beds are metal springs, so good luck sleeping if you’re over the age of 30. One of the locks on the door was completely broken. I spent one night and brought two expensive pillows with me because of my neck and back issues. It is the only place I brought them between home and the hotel. I forgot them at the hotel because they’re not in my car and they’re not in my house and that’s the only place I went with them. I called the hotel and the housekeepers claim they found nothing. So make sure you leave nothing behind if you ever want to see it again.
