For a 2 star Hotel, this one is very clean!
I was stuck because my truck broke down, and I found this handy location.
The rooms are so clean that you can smell the cleanliness! The bed was very comfy, cozy and soft....and the bed sheets "pink" was a pleasant touch.
The affordable price is the cherry on top, and a large parking lot for the semi is a super-plus!
The owner is a nice person, trying is best to make you feel like home.
I will certainly come back here if I am in this area, and I recommend it to do so.
This is about the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel. We had an excellent stay every single time. The location is perfect to restaurants and shopping. We have never had a problem with the room and the owner and his daughter are such nice people. We will always choose this hotel for one they allow pets. But after staying there so many times we have gotten to be on first name basis with the owners. They are good honest people. This last time we stayed there was due to an hurricane evacuation. We reserve two rooms for my husband and I and one for my in-laws. We were able to get room side by side on the lowest floor and near the end of the hotel where we can walk the dogs and not bother anyone. Go ahead and book and tell Charlie that Misty and Joe sent you.

Highly impressed with this hotel. Nowadays most affordable hotels are just not good at all. This hotel was great from the parking , check in and when I opened my door and seen my room I was impressed. You can tell that here the management and cleaning staff take pride in their work. This hotel also has a restaurant next door, a convenient store as well. Truck parking and nice swimming pool. Don't pass this place by when traveling. And very important.... the price is very affordable.
Positive: Hotel was very clean & staff was super respectful. For the price you pay at the hotel it definitely beats the other hotels around. Negative: Just wish there was a better breakfast options but other then that no complaints.
Our family stayed here for 2 nights due to no power in Houston after hurricane Beryl. If you look at the details of the room its not extra clean but overall clean room. Great location and fun pool. Kids had fun at the pool. Staff was nice and no issues on property. Felt safe entire stay. Affordable as well.
Breakfeast was a few funny buns and coffee in a pot. The coffee machine in the room was filthy dis not use. The restroom water had a harsh smell.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Wasn't expecting much out of a 2 star hotel, especially after seeing the exterior of the hotel. However, after seeing the reviews, I decided to stay for the night.
Unfortunately, upon entering the room, it smelled really bad, AC was off, and the room was really hot, which took almost 3 hours to cool down. The moment I stepped in to check the bed, I noticed a lot of dead black crickets in the carpet around different areas in the room and dead roaches in the bathroom floor. As soon as I came out of the bathroom, I also noticed a big roach on the wall by the TV... I could not be any more grossed out and paranoid of having either a roach or a cricket crawling on the bed while sleeping. I'm definitely not staying here again.
I stay just about every weeken here when i come into town to visit family and friends..rooms are very nice,clean prices are very reasonable..manager is very friendly, and professional. Location is great you can walk right out your door an have access to restaurants, stores and ect
I loved my stay here! The office manger was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The staff was on point and prompt handling all request including me bugging them for extra towels! I definitely recommend this hotel and will return again!
