Get there for a room the open sign is on and nobody is in the window. I call number man answers I ask can I get a room he tells me he is sold out but I'm looking at the top floor with every room AVAILABLE
Got the Bates motel vibe, room was dingy, toilet was loud, bed was very uncomfortable and pillows seen better days,
They made our bed with dirty sheets, we accidentally spilled something on them that left a spot on the white sheet and when housekeeping vamei. They made our bed daily with the same dirty sheets. Also advertises free breakfast but by breakfast they mean free bowl of cereal, there is no breakfast.
I wouldn't even let my dog stay here
We were so disappointed with our two night stay. The room was a complete joke. Water from the shower pour out onto the floor no matter where you placed the showerhead. The water controls were backwards in the shower and at the sink. Our sheets had unidentified dark stains(i hope) all of this was brought to the managers attention, who seemed completely disinterested. Since having been a long time customer of Americas Best Value Inn. I am just so disappointed with this, we will just have to spend our 90.00 dollars eslewhere.????
I’m in room 223 and my husband and daughter waited over a hour for someone to fix the key because the key wouldn’t work this is ridiculous they have a sign that says be back in 30 mins and it has been over that
It was trashy. I should have brought my own sheets. They advertise online as pet friendly and are actually absolutely not. So that didn't go well and I left instead of booking another week or 2 for my stay according to my job. They were rude, the carpet made me Leary of walking barefoot period. It was kinda gross.
Great location right accross the street from Food Lion and Dollar General next door with laundromat next to that. Rooms are big and modern enough, beds are soft and comfortable, and they clean towels daily. The price is a great deal, very affordable for a hotel. The really big negative is, no cooking in the rooms. There are microwaves and you can grill in the parking lot.
Woke up to something biting me and it was bed bugs... I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN! I got my money back but the manager didn't seem to care at all!!!!
Not immaculate, but almost. Could smell the bleach when I walked in, but that was the ONLY down side to staying here. Beds were fresh and clean. Stayed two nights, used Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Housekeeping staff noticed me outside around 11:30 and kindly asked if I needed anything. Even the parking lot is near to pristine.
I don't know why there are so few stars for this hotel - it's a fantastic little budget hotel.
