Best WLM Reviews
DO NOT STAY HERE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, DIRTY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Attempted to check in here for one night during a road trip, had called earlier in the night to see if we could cancel our reservation. Person at front desk said we had to go through the site we booked with, since we had to do that, we decided not to. When we checked in they said we cancelled. When I showed them the booking reservation they tried to “reinstate” a room for us. The person at the front desk KNOWINGLY gave us a dirty room. Place was absolutely disgusting. Tried to call and get another room but none available. We tried to cancel there at the hotel, again they sold us to go through the booking agency. They told us we had to leave the room as soon as possible or she would charge us (which she did). Me and my husband hightailed it out of there, ended up staying in the Walmart parking lot for a better experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS DUMP.
I tried to cancel the reservation when I saw how dirty my room was at checkin. Good luck. You are better sleeping in your car than making a reservation here. I had used booking.com and the front desk said for a cancellation I had to go through them. Fair enough, but booking.com passed the buck back and said the property had to approve the refund, which they of course didn't. Booking gave me a fractional refund but be warned.
Got the jacuzzi suite.. the tub was absolutely filthy. Walked out of the bathroom and saw a spot on the pillow, which turned out to be a bedbug. This place is absolutely disgusting. Spent less than 5 mins in the room and got fully refunded... and people eat breakfast here?! Sooo nasty!
Absolutely disgusting!!! Stains on the curtains, rugs, bedsheets, and bath linens. Found so much hair on the bath towels that we couldn’t use them. Between all of the hair, dirt, and stains on the bedsheets we slept on top of the comforter and covered our pillows with clothing. The rug has never seen a vacuum and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Just avoid this place at all costs!
We read the reviews before booking, so we knew the hotel wouldn’t be perfect. However, we didn’t expect such a lack of respect for their guests. The towels were dirty, and it was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dust covering the furniture. Despite the high price, we had no other options for accommodation during our stay. While the staff were nice and friendly, the breakfast was very poor and disappointing.
Positive: location and price Negative: The heater fan in the room was too loud and temperature was hard to control, either too hot or too cold. Made it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep.
The person who prepares the breakfast is friendly and helpful. However, the room smells like cigarette and it looks very old. The towel and bedsheets are not totally cleaned. The people in the frontdesk are all nice tho.
Never again! I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I didn't think clean was too much to hope for. While I was waiting to check in the people ahead of me were requesting a new room because the one they just checked in to had dirty sheets, hair everywhere etc. Not a good sign. As I was walking to my room they were walking back in to the office so I imagine the new one wasn't any better. My room: first I checked the beds. The sheets did appear clean but there were socks under the mattress of one of them. There was hair in the tub and a produce sticker stuck on the side. And that room has NEVER seen a vacuum. There were dead bugs on the floor, mostly in the corners but here and there too. Also chunks of dust on the walls and floors. Ridiculous. Oh yeah, and they won't refund you so i was trapped regardless of the state of the room. The only plus I'll give it is the location. Very close to restaurants etc.
