I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel again with my family over the weekend. It's always such a peaceful retreat, and once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were accommodating, particularly the new girl at the front desk who was exceptionally polite. She made us feel so welcome by offering extra towels and a bottle of water right at check-in. Our bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and AC worked well with no problems. The complimentary breakfast was also an added bonus start to our mornings. We also took advantage of their shuttle service to the Pittsburgh Airport to pick up a friend, which made our trip even more convenient. Our experience at this hotel has consistently been great for me and my family. We will be returning.
Was the worst place I have ever tried staying before!! Almost no one else was staying there and for some creepy reason they sent us to the very farthest room in the place. We instantly did not feel safe. Filthy beds, room stunk terribly of weed and smoke, cigarette butts in the drawers, stuff smeared on walls, curtains that didn't cover the window, and a door that looked like it had been rammed open, including a broken latch.... definitely not feeling safe at all!!! Don't risk a night here!! Hampton inn right up the street is a way better option!
This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. do not come here. I came here because there was truly no other option, just for a few hours to nap after a road trip. There was BLOOD on the bed, a pipe on the floor, and white power in the carpet. BLOOD on the bed. We didn’t even end up staying to nap and asked for a refund. We were told no, by the way! We got way overcharged for this room as well, but wasn’t gonna mention it because we were desperate for a bed to sleep in for a few hours. The guy at the counter also took cash from us to go toward the room but pocketed it instead. This place is ridiculous DO NOT COME HERE.
They Give Free Rides To The Airport, That Alone Made Them Automatically Good In My Eyes.
Great Free Breakfast And While I Wish A Little Closer To The Steelers Stadium, I Have Zero Complaints About This Hotel. Very Quiet At Night, Clean Room, AWESOME Shower And It's Walking Distance For Alot Of Good Food Like Primanti Bros! Shoutout To Mr.Raj, Was Super Helpful My Whole Stay! I Asked A Ton Of Questions And He Answered Them With No Attitude And Gave Great Information.
Good place for the money. Room was clean. Bed was excellent. We had pickup time at six. Lobby wasn’t open even though a girl was in where the coffee was. Overall we would rate it at 3.5
Room was great for the price. Check in was easy, and staff were nice. Located in a spot away from downtown, but close enough to quickly get to all the sites.
The hotel is semi close to the airport, but when your doors closed, you don’t hear a thing!
HORRIBLE. THIS IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. the sheets were filthy. Hair and other stuff and the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned. The room stank was filthy. I’m not a generally picky person but I couldn’t make myself sleep in a bed with other peoples filth in it. The blankets had smearing yellow crusted matter on and smelled awful.
Airport shuttle service is not good. We had a late flight that arrived in Pittsburgh at 11:45 pm, as directed by the hotel we got our bags, went to door 8 and called hotel to send shuttle. Waited 45 minutes and shuttle never arrived. Has to spend $25 for an Uber to drive us 1.5 miles to get our car. Front desk staff offered no explanation for why shuttle did not arrive nor compensate us for the Uber ride. Moral of the story is if you use this shuttle service be prepared to Uber or taxi back to your car especially if you arrive on a late flight.
