Americas Best Value Inn Paris

The staff was very friendly and patient with me. The wonderful woman who cleaned my room was nice and had excellent people skills. The room was very clean and so was all the linen. There was a coffee pot and the hot water was awesome. They had a hair dryer and an iron and a small closet. The cable was great and the Wi-Fi was good. I recommend this place to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If I could give this place 1/2 star I WOULD!! This place is HORRIBLE! NOTHING they advertise is honest!! There is NO real breakfast ( a granola bar and fruit is NOT BREAKFAST), don't count on the wake up call because the room phones don't work. It's like a modern day Bates Motel from the Psycho movie. The sheets did NOT look clean . STAY FAR FAR AWAY !!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! checked in after being on the road for hours just wanted to get rested and get some sleep and found a roach in our room...... we were able to get our money back after arguing with the front desk...... still grossed out

Positive: Nothing Negative: No free continental breakfast as advertised. Rat droppings on bed linens. Furniture ripped and torn. Toilet paper holder broken. Carpet threadbare and loose at bathroom door way. Worst bed and bed pillows ever. The list goes on. Negative: ""

price was a bit high for the quality but nonetheless, good stay for the night!

My wife and I were passing through Paris, and decided to stop for the night. Our choices were either very low rated hotels or one priced at $190 a night.|We chose this place. The price on the sign out front was $49 and change. We were charged $60 by Expedia. |Our only two requirements upon booking were that the hotel be pet friendly, and have breakfast available. The hotel was pet friendly, but there was no breakfast to be had. |So to the pros and cons |Pros; reasonably priced, and decent location in Town. That’s about it. |Cons; the hotel is older, and a little bit rundown. It was things like the bathroom door would not fully close due to the foundation shifting. The front door didn’t close and seal properly as well. You could see light at both the bottom and the top of the door. Although it did lock. The blinds on the front window were actually wooden shutters, that again didn’t properly close.||The bed was lumpy, the ceiling fan was unbalanced. (Who has a ceiling fan in a hotel?) and the fan was really dirty! There was a slight musty odor when we got there. |The front desk guy was super helpful and friendly. But overall the place was a bit seedy and the area was a bit sketchy||Don’t know if I would stay there again

This is a letter to the owners of this place. The service was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The rooms were clean though in disrepair. The maintenance man was exceptional. The pool was broken though and there was no breakfast area which is not the staff's fault. That's the fault of the owners.

No continental breakfast even though the website offers this, the pool is closed, the room was unclean. I even found past guests items. The phone didn't work and the microwave worked for two minutes only. However the next afternoon it was replaced with a different one. When I brought this to the front desk clerks attention I was offered a chance to speak to the owners because they were on site. To possibly get a discount due to the fact we were going to stay another night. I was never contacted. The housekeeper was very accommodating however.

Overall the room had ability to be unique but nothing is done to achieve a 5 star rating. I will add that the room you see in the pictures on the website is not the room you get. We paid online through Priceline. These rooms seem to be reserved for the discounted rates and are substandard. The shower has no pressure and the sink is oddly shaped. BTW the room is non-refundable.

We registered under Lamont Bonneville in room 100. Dates are Thursday September 29 & Friday September 30.
