Filthy, moldy, homeless sleeping on property, ownership doesn't care. Need I say more?
My friend and I booked a room here online after a backpacking trip. We checked in and he used the bathroom to clean up so he could catch his flight. While he was in the bathroom, I saw the sheets had black mildew spots all over them, there was human hair on the sheets and what looked like footprints on them. My buddy came out of the bathroom and showed me the black mold along the baseboard.
There was a homeless person sleeping next to our parking space. There were transient people just hanging around the property. We were afraid to leave the car out of our sight.
After a few minutes, we checked out. We were denied a refund because we had checked in and "used" the room. Never mind that it was only for a few minutes.
It wasn't a good place. People was hanging out that is not staying there. People living in their cars. The noise was bad due to being 100 ft off Watt Ave which is one of the busiest street in Sacramento. The rooms are very small.
Great price great camera security. The only thing you hear outside the room which is a wonderful sound are kids playing. They need a sandbox or playset to play
There are plenty of fast food restaurants Walmart Love Laundry two smoke shops and amp within walking distance of this place

DONT STAY HERE! My son was in the room long enough to check for bed bugs, see the filth of the room, the dirty soap left in the bathroom, in the room for no longer then 10 minutes (I have videos and pictures with time stamps to prove that) but they said 10 minutes is too long to be in the room and refuse a refund. The hotel manager talked to my son on the phone when he was at the hotel and she was rude and I called and talked to Alex who also refused a refund. I’ll let the picture speak for themselves. Iv contacted BBB and the health department..
Room was clean. Could use a little upgrading to get rid of worn out furniture but overall everything in the room worked. I had no issues with any guests or locals bothering me. Check in was fast and everything I needed was in the room before I arrived. I did get two reminders from housekeeping that my stay had ended but otherwise my stay was restful and much needed. Thank you to the staff for managing a cozy spot in an otherwise rough around the edges neighborhood.
Non smoking rooms smell like smoke. Out dated and run down room. Abandoned vehicle in parking lots. Lots of people hanging around the building possibly living out of the hotel. Lots of night activity in the streets .
Also “under construction” noise sign . Didn’t want to stay long enough to find out.
I'll keep it short. Goes without saying when you walk into your room and see this. Not only are the rooms beyond unsatisfactory. But the customer service was horrible as well the girl at the front desk was very rude. Bathroom door would not shut, the screws were stripped completely. The hinges barely held the door on. There was no security at all as far as I can see. The sink would not turn off completely. Leaving a steady drip followed by another drip, drip, DRIP!!!
Out of the three times I called front desk for maintenance to help with the sink they showed up zero. Not sure they even have a maintenance now that I think about it. on the bright side, if you're looking to score some drugs there's plenty of dealers in the parking lot and the staircases harassing you every time you go out of the room. My 6 year old son asked me why all the girls were wearing their swimming then, then if they don't have a pool? So there's also that if drugs aren't your thing. I said I'd keep it short I apologize
