Love it nice and price excellent very clean. We paid 85 with Breakfast included . No smoking room. Good coffee breakfast everything.
Refrigerator was not emptied out and only one wash clothes in two bed room
This hotel is a dump,the rooms are nasty, drug dealers,air conditioner doesn't air the whole room
I heard some bad things about the carpet being dirty and stuff so I was reluctant to stay there but it was a really good place for the money and the carpets weren't really dirty. lol. When we arrived they had us down for the wrong room but when I showed the man what we had booked he upgraded us for free because they did not have any more rooms available like I had booked. So when you go bring your booking information. Other than that it was a great stay plus Denny's was right next door so we had good food although the waitress we had was really slow.
I had room 107 it smelled to the high heavens, had a broken piece furniture stored in it, floors were filthy and so was the vanity & bathroom area. The walls have not been cleaned since the early 1900's. Room 107 should not have been on the market. That room was so horrible that I did not shower until I returned home because I was afraid that I would catch something. I told the man at the desk about it and the only thing he said was that he would tell the manager about it. There was not any type of compensation offered at all. The only reason I stayed there was because I did not want to drive 4-5 hours to get to RDU airport from Columbia S.C. and the other hotels in the area prices were too high for just an overnight stay. I guess you get what you pay for. I forgot to add that the "free WiFi" sucks, I had to use my phone as a hot spot.
Awful! Right off the desk clerk was being a smart mouth about absolutely everything, then when we got into the run down room, it only became worse. The air conditioner didn't work properly, we had to place the microwave on counter by the sink so we could plug it in to use it. The outlets were not easy to access at all, the water pressure was terrible and the noise from neighbors kept me up late. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you just need it for an hour or so.
This is by far the BEST hotel experience that we've had in the last 3 years while trying different treatments at cancer instutes in the United States. Our experience with the two owners has been the most warm, inviting,personable and honest that we've ever had in the last three years. Our room smelled so fresh and inviting. It was clean the mattress was so comfortable. The housekeepers are so easy to approach. If you're ever searching for a place that feels like a home away from home,well this is your place. So if you're searching for a home away from home this is your place. All of you awesome people at Americas Best Value Inn Raleigh we Dennis Anderson & family appreciate all of you so much. We had an employee check into this hotel on Feb 13 and within just a few minutes of being in the room it was already a HORRIBLE situation. He walks into the room to find burns on the bed cover, holes in the wall, some sort of drug bags or something under the bed. The chair was broken and to top it off he found a half eaten burrito in the bed!!!! At which point he contacted us to move him from this establishment. The employee working the front desk then tried to accuse our employee of the damages to the room. Needless to say after speaking with us our room wasn't charged and we will make sure NO ONE ever stays at this establishment!
