When renting a room while it is cold, which is when I normally travel, the first thing we should do when entering the room is to crank up the heater before retrieving our luggage from the car. It should be warm, in order to be more comfortable when we unpack and relax. Everything was adequate for spending one night and we can return the key card in a fishbowl when leaving. Fortunately, they had a soft chair instead of those cheap mesh ones.
It's a decent hotel for the location and distance from Levi Stadium. Only problems I had was I used the vending machine and the chocolate was all melted and dated back in June. Also seen on their website they offered Continental breakfast and there wasn't anything. Personally I feel the price should be lowered or update your website. But that is just my opinion.
The pricing and location was fantastic for staying 1 night while we watched the 49er game at Levi’s Stadium. As soon as we checked in, the room was clearly not thoroughly cleaned. There were Peeps’s left in the fridge, used wipes on the counter, and no toilet paper. While I was showering, there was about 4-5 black ants joining me. The phone did not work and the smoke alarm was also broken.
My boyfriend and I ended up buying our own sheet from the local Walmart because we didn’t feel like the sheets would be clean. We slept great but as soon as we were removing our sheets the following morning, we saw 2 BED BUGS!!! Thank God we didn’t have any visible bites but that was the last straw for me. I’m thankful that we had a place to sleep safely and a shower to clean ourselves, but I’m mainly writing this review for someone else that would appreciate knowing what to expect. The service was friendly when we asked for toilet paper. But I personally wouldn’t stay here again.
A bit raggedy but at least there's no bed bugs. No bugs at all. One can enjoy a little semi-loud music. Reasonable deposit for a pet. I like it!.
We stayed at this hotel for more than 10 days, the location is great but the wifi at the hotel never worked. We constantly contacted the front desk and they kept telling us it is working even after complaining multiple times. The washer also was not working and was broken and we had to go and figure out a different place to wash our clothes. Also, Anil was very cooperative but there was an older lady at the front desk who was always rude when we tried to ask her anything and would cut the call on us we called the front desk.
Positive: Good size TV and sheets were clean Negative: Carpet very dirty, caption said sofa and there was no sofa. No folding luggage table.
Rooms are clean and very nice. Front desk and owners are amazing and nice. They have a housekeeper that only there Saturday and Sundays that is the best always asking if you need anything if the room is OK.overrall I have no complaints of this place do recommend this to others. Thank you to all the workers and owners.????????Still a great place
Positive: I STAYED 2-DAYS AND I WAS VERY PLEASED OVERALL. THE OFFICE STAFF AND HOUSEKEEPING WERE VERY NICE AND ALSO HELPFUL WHEN I NEEDED ASSISTANCE. THE PRICE PER NIGHT WAS VERY RESONABLE Negative: THERE WAS NOT, ALL WAS GOOD.
