Listen- I know it’s not the Ritz. I know it’s cheap. But I’ve stayed at a lot of cheap places, and they’re not this dirty, and the electrical outlets work. This room did not look like it was cleaned, especially the bathroom. The towels had either dirt or mold in the corners. Half of the electrical outlets did not work. Spend a little more and get a clean, functional room somewhere else. I wish I did.
First I must mention this was one of the most horrible incidents I've had in this city.
1. We pull up to the hotel and there's a lady at the opening of the parking lot asking each car pulling in if they have a lighter.
2. The parking lot is FULL of craters you have to dodge or else get a flat tire.
3. The clerk allowed us to view the room FIRST. We open the door and there are roaches in the room. We look at the beds and the linen is visibly dirty and soiled.
4. While on the parking lot near the room another lady is propisitioning a man in a white truck. She gets in the "back seat" and they drive off.
We go back to the front and decline to take the room and give her the key back. She says to just call and let them know.
We call the reservation number and are told they will need to speak with the hotel to confirm. We wait for them to call us back and 15 minutes later we call to check and see told they can't reach the hotel. I call the hotel 13 times and noone answers. So I drive ALL the way back to the hotel. The lady who was asking people of they had a lighter was in the lobby talking to the clerk and she's standing behind the glass. I asked her if the reservation line had called and she says "they haven't called me yet". I told her we've been trying to reach her for over 15 minutes. I dial the hotel number and it rings.... she says " oh that's you?". We call the reservation line while standing there and she lies to them and says "they didn't like the room". I couldn't hear the rest of the conversation but my card STILL has the charge for a room I never took. Her attitude like we were bothering her was horrible.
Now they want to charge me fees for a room I NEVER EVEN USED.

I have contacted the hotel and was told to contact the third party booking company for the refund. After waiting the ten days neither the hotel or their booking agency have returned ANY of my money and now neither will take my calls.
Absolutely terrible. After checking into my room and unloading my things out of the car, I get I to the room to find it smelling like weed (booked a non smoking), there were feces looking stains and smears on the wall, stains and bodily fluid residue on the carpet beside the bed, cigarette holes burned into the comforters, dusty and dirty bathroom, dirty counters and ledges everywhere, the room phone was not working, the environment was unsafe and not sanitary. I went to the front desk to ask for another room, he said he would give me the best room or a full refund. After trying to get into the second room to see if it was any better, the key card reader would not work and there were just too many red flags to even stay at this place. He said he would give me a refund and asked me to sign a paper, then told me since I booked through a 3rd party that I would have to call them for a refund. He said that when they call him to verify he will approve the refund since I did not end up staying there and was unhappy with the room options. As soon I left and found another place to stay, I called my 3rd party booking agency to process my refund (no more than 30 minutes after leaving this place). When my booking angency called to verify (numerous times) they were told that it was not approved and that they could not issue my refund. After I was just told that I could have a full refund and that he would approve it when they called. Needless to say my 3rd party agency ended up working it out with me because of the safety concerns I had with them even listing this hotel as a viable option on their website. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I had the displeasure of staying at this place over the weekend. First they wouldn’t let you in the lobby which was strange. I went to my room and it smelled musty you could tell it had been smoked and we asked for a non smoking room because of allergies with my granddaughters who I had with me. We asked for blankets and were refused. The plug in were not working and we had to bring a floor lamp over to see. The parking lot was a nightmare. Holes you could loose your car in. It sat so far off the road it was so hard to see. There were burn marks on the comforter and not very comfortable to lay on. The room had a plug in in the ceiling why that was there I don’t know??? No smoke alarm and the plug ins were not fastened in the wall. It was an awful experience. If it had not been s holiday weekend I would have went somewhere else.
Not that great although it is conveniently close to the airport which is a good thing. The room didn't have all the necessary items I personally needed. One towel and a small thing of toilet paper tried calling the customer center downstairs. But they were busy and unavailable to help me with my needs. Also the tv kept turning off maybe it has a timer but I can't fix it. I had to keep resetting the tv just so I can enjoy my stay. I wouldn't recommend this place for a vacation but if your low on cash and need a place close to the airport then I guess it's for you.
Please don't stay here. They have RAT'S running around everywhere. The Manger NICK is very rude an unpleasant. We had our ring stolen from our room. It took me calling the police and write a report for them to call me and thell me they found the ring on a towel. Not only did NICK get in my face when I went to pick my ring up. He was very rude to me. They use to be the day's inn and change the name a few weeks ago because days inn wanted no dealing with them. Really the picture of the pool that they show on the picture is an old picture. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures they show on the site. Please be careful.
Doesn't even deserve a single star. Felt so unsafe. Outside of our room there was broken dirty furniture blocking the walk way. The room had a very unpleasant smell as well. Do not stay here!
Always nice guy at the desk rooms were surprisingly better than I thought from looking at the outside. Not the best area of town but property was completely safe and secure
