Positive: This hotel was plain nasty! Groups of people outside smoking weed when I arrived, the rooms had think sheets with holes in the blankets, bedbugs and roaches crawling around. The bathroom was filthy and the property was overall filthy. Negative: Everything, we didn?t stay here more than 20 minutes. I returned my keys 20 minutes after I checked in. I?m disputing the charges for the room with my bank now.
Positive: Cheap Negative: It was disgusting. Flies everywhere. Water coming up out of the floor boards. Generally dirty. Burn holes in the blankets.
Positive: There was nothing to like about the hotel. Negative: The room was covered in yellow tar from smoke. The sheets were so dirty I went to Walmart to buy new ones. When I was removing the dirty sheets the hotel provided a baggy of white powder, presumably drugs fell onto the floor. Negative: ""
Over 120 bucks a night and had to share the room w roaches. Leave your bags in your car, friends.
This is a very dated motel. If your focus is purely budgetary then this is a good place to spend a night. However, if you expect to spend more than one, you have to inform the staff that you want your room cleaned if you so desire. The room was very dated and DIY repairs abound. In addition, there are few outlets and no usb charging ports. You will want to bring your own. Although not slovenly, the room was also not the most tidy and I did receive a wash cloth that was, at best, stained. At worst, it was dirty. I must admit that the best part of this motel was the staff. Their courtesy and friendly demeanor are the only reasons that I elevated this motel to two stars. I found the mattress uncomfortable and slept miserably, hopefully your rest will be better than mine.
Came from Florida and paid 800$ for 8 days couldn’t figure out why we were getting bit. We thought it was because we were going out on adventures during the day. I went to change all the sheets and protective mattress covers and found bed bugs. I went to the office to tell them and they called the owner to inform him. He said he would not come to the office to talk to us . so I packed up everything and left but we couldn’t find another motel so we decided to drive back to Florida. My father who lives in Marion called in the morning to talk to the owner and see if we could get a refund but the owner said no. The owner tried to blame the bugs on my family saying we brought them into his hotel and became loud and arguing. Very unprofessional. And the building smelled of smoke which caused my sons asthma to act up. I will be contacting the better business bureau and informing them of the bugs and smell of this business.

This place charges money for my dogs. Other hotels/hotel chains don't. It's not a nice place at all compared to the other hotels in the vicinity. For what they charge for my dogs I could have rented another room for them. A lot of illegal activity at this place as well. I would have stayed literally for a month if they didn't charge so much money for my dogs. I'll move on to the next hotel that doesn't charge so much money.
