Positive: The price was great and I got a good night's sleep 2 out of three nights. Negative: I did not feel safe. Rooms are in building outside through front building & out back door. I was in 1st room on the 1st floor, w/my window looking at the cars in the lot. I asked to be on 2nd floor but got 1st floor. Also, not sure the sheets were clean!
Great customer service.... I checked in late after driving all day. 1st rooms a/c wasn't pushing cold air out. The front desk immediately went up and found us a room with cold air. I was very impressed with how the problem was solved. I originally had a reservation using my choice employee discount, however the room at the hotel next door was awful and I couldn't stay there. The breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean.
Says hot breakfast. Only reason we picked this place. They lied. There is a waffle maker. Not even juice. Terrible hotel. I won't even go into the room details. Just stay away
Positive: checking out Negative: VERY slim pickings at breakfast. Lobby computer not working. Pool closed for the season. Floor sticky. Had to use plunger a couple times. Lost water for a couple hours.
Positive: Nothing. I rented for the pool but it was not able to use. Had it clised. Negative: I like nothing. Worst place ever. I booked for the pool. But couldn't even let us use pool. Was terrible. Nothing worked. Not even the phone.
the bathtub had hair in it and if i had to guess id say they dont know to wash the shower curtains, but if you need a cheap place to sleep theyve got your back
Thank you been there 2 times once in spring and now Fall have had clean room . everything nice For the price I'll book again in the future 5 stars for price room etc.Renee Kimbro
I STRONGLY recommend that you DO NOT stay here. I made an online reservation. Upon my arrival the motel was NOTHING like it appeared online, it was older, and unsafe (in my opinion). I opted NOT to stay, I was traveling alone with my son. Despite the reservation company contacting the owner twice, he/she has REFUSED to refund ANY of the full night's stay that was charged to my credit card.
