My family and I come here often when were visiting town, we normally have a good experience. Well this last weekend while we were checking out they did they're normal go look at room for cash deposit back. The owner lady went to look at room when she came back she accused us of smoking in the room when I explained that wasn't us we have a 6 month old in the room with us. She continued to accuse me Then said " I should take your whole deposit this time I'm not plus the towels are dirty." I'm sorry so you're going to charge for dirty towels? What ??? This will definitely be the last time we stay at this place!!
Positive: The staff was nice and the room was clean. Negative: The mattress was a little hard and the sofa had some spots.
The service was excellent the rooms were nice there's so much tile though but I slipped in there getting out of the hot tub and again in the shower I slipped and nearly hit my head on the toilet they do nothing for the traction on the floor it's all slippery and like a death trap
Positive: The steam room, sauna, whirlpool, and swimming pool. It was spic and span in cleanliness. That was also much appreciated Negative: The pillows were rather 'floppy.'

Its neat and clean-ish, you're not made to feel particularly welcome.
Review Edit; so when my family and I checked out, we were accused of smoking in a non-smoking room,1 of 2 we checked into, not only that but also accused of burning holes in the bedspread, an apparently $100.00 bedspread, because thats what the are attempting to tax my card. Very ugly business practice, and I guarantee that was no 100 00 bedspread. For the ones you do get over on like that, do they take home their newly purchased used bedspreads, or do you keep that too?
Rooms are comfy enjoyed my stay here for a couple of days but wifi is SLOW.
Positive: Easy freeway access and a great price. Negative: Some freeway noise.
