Positive: "" Negative: The room was smoke-filled that days later I still smell the smoke and affected health. Dirty and in disrepair?found a penny in a dirt pile. LOUD heard banging all night.
A very charming little inn that is right off the main road, almost vintage feeling. The room and office did look well maintained and updated. It was very reasonably priced and we got all the basics in the room with a very big range of tv channels.

This was a good motel for one night on our trip through the southwest. It was clean except the floor, which was in need of a very good clean. The towels are clean but dingy as they are old. The bed was comfortable with clean bedding and good pillows. The shower was hot but their was no adjustments and low pressure. The wifi was horrible, I had to sign in repeatedly after every click on a page. It was running on a hotspot which maybe why. We travel with ear plugs so the the noise wasn't an issue. The manager was friendly but forgot to mention a check out time. This again was a non issue for us as we are early risers. Their is no breakfast items available, however their is complimentary coffe in the room. The ice machine didn't work unless you put coins in I guess. Lastly the rooms are.tight if you have a lot of luggage for traveling.
I been coming here quite often to visit family and friends in Los Banos. I’m not planning to look for a different hotel as this place is always clean, comfy, and has everything you need in the room. From coffee machine, fridge, microwave, and an always efficient heater/AC unit. Room is always stocked with clean towels and liquid shampoo , body wash you name it. Location is conveniently close to restaurants, stores and gas stations so you don’t have to go far from the hotel. Manager and staff is friendly, professional and are very respectful. Highly recommend
Our thanksgiving drive on the I-5 was busy. We decided to pull in after spending hours on the highway and I'm glad we did. It was very reasonably priced and our room was spotless. The sheets were clean and a good selection of channels. Wifi was strong and they had a little coffee maker in the room as well.
The new manager Nick here is a much needed improvement from the other one. The motel is clean, nice hot water not a lot of outside foot traffic at night either way affordable.. the manager was extremely welcoming and eager to accommodate my early check in. I would recommend this motel as one of the best cheaper options in the area.
