I stayed there for one night a couple weeks ago and when I checked in, they asked me if there was gonna be any animals staying there And I said no I told him that my friend may be bringing his dog over with him to visit but he was a very good dog. My room was filthy and for that dog just coming to visit me that came out of my room. They charged me $116 extra They charged me that $116 and it was more than what my room cost. I would never refer this place to anybody. Very very poorly ran, and they watch you like a hawk out their window And the dog that visited was very well behaved dog. And the dog did no damage whatsoever for me to have to pay them $116. I am a single mom and that took a lot of my money for the rest of the month. i came down to lincoln for a family member that was in hospital and very sick. I may have to get an attorney on this one because I didn’t sign anything stating anything about a pet in my room and it would cost me 116 - there was nothing signed.
My room was nasty. Cockroaches on the furniture and walls. Smoke detectors missing. Nasty stink. Everything was dirty. Floor transitions bent causing tripping hazard. The attendant was less than friendly. Tried canceling and all I got was attitude and told to escalate to management tomorrow.
After changing rooms 3 times because the coolest it got all night was 78 degrees. I do not recommend to anyone. When i complained I was told to leave. Hospitality does not exist with Americas best value inn.
Clean room. Lots of TV channels. Good service at front desk. Very reasonable prices.
Positive: Location and the front desk attendant lady that was so very nice and helpful. Negative: Did not have the correct room I booked available and when it became available the second day it was 10x worse than the one I was put in the prior day. Very dirty, rundown, stinky, and delapitated.
This place is an absolute dump. Rundown, dogs, everywhere, three and four people in some rooms, no ice……….. not a safe place. Was even approached by a hooker‼️

I would avoid this place. The carpet is not clean. Very rundown and has an odor. I asked for extra towels and was told I could have extra ones only if I returned the two thin shabby ones that I was given. It’s near a busy street so a lot of traffic noise. One of the worst places I’ve stayed.
