Came into town late at night with limited availability in nearby motels, but we just wanted a place to sleep for the night. The card machine wasn't working, so we had to pay with cash. That should have been the first sign. As we drive around to look for our room, the whole place looks and feels incredibly sketchy. We park and see a sign saying they are not responsible for theft or vehicle break ins... When we finally got into the room, there were a lot of dead bugs on the floor & signs of bed bugs on the bed frame. The shower didn't drain well, and the whole place felt like it was falling apart. Needless to say, I was not even comfortable sitting down, so I left almost as soon as we got there. Truly a nightmare of a place. Sleeping in a car at a gas station is a better option.
There are other better and equally affordable motels in the area, but of course, those rooms were full at the time we arrived, so I would call ahead to make a reservation at any of these other places if you're going to stay in Laredo, or stop to sleep in a diff city if you're just driving through and need a place to sleep. Avoid this place.
Henry the night agent was amazing he was the best thing on this property
1. Had an addict shooting dope in public on the stairs, never a good thing
2. Had another addict passed out below my room in a car with the door open.
3. Room was overrun by cockroaches , left the lights on . Had to shake out bags n clothes so as to not take any hitch hikers with
4. Booze bottles and various trash all the property
5. Will not be revisiting this hotel again
6. They need armed security officers from 10pm to 6am to control the foot traffic at night
7. I feel like management is doing their best but are just overwhelmed by locals who have lower standards and thusly have reduced the Hotel to substandard quality.

As i walked into the lobby there was music playing way too loud I thought i was walking into a club. There was no one behind the desk. After about 20 minutes i asked someone at the restaurant if there was someone at the desk. I waited for another 10 minutes and finally some showed up. I asked about price for a room she said she only had a room but the light in the restroom disnt work and made a comment that I didnt need any light because i should already know where every thing is which i thought was a bit out of line. I asked for her name Lina she said. As it was really late and I was really tired I got the room. It was really clean and quiet. the receptionist was rude I really think she needs to learn how to speak to the customers. Other than that the room was good for the price.
I'll never return. The entire room needs an overhaul, including pest control. Bugs were everywhere. No smoke detector. Furniture should be trashed. Towel rack falling off the wall and 2 towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. I could continue. Ridiculous high pet fee.
Service was good. All the rooms are dirty have dead and live roaches. Smelled like Marijuana.
The staff at this motel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. And loved the convenient location close to my pick up location.
Terrible Experience. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room had cockroaches, stained bedsheets and covers, and a filthy shower curtain. The pipes, toilet, and shower didn’t work, and the floors were sticky. To top it off, there was no Wi-Fi. Avoid this place.
I made a reservation over booking and paid in advance, when I arrived I was told the hotel had no rooms and asked me to call booking to get my money back, when I called booking the hotel said that I did not show up and they do not pick the phone to agree to refund my money, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I don’t need to understand your made out rules, you are selling rooms in booking that you DO NOT HAVE AVAILABLE. Is not my problem you are lying and stealing stating it is me not understanding rules
