Super clean, you could tell the rooms are thoroughly cleaned with each stay, and it smells really nice and clean. The staff was really nice as well. I was a bit concerned about safety but the staff reassured me they have many security cameras that they watch and I felt totally safe staying there and had no problems! The breakfast isn’t anything to get excited about, just hostess muffins, cereal, oatmeal, and typical breakfast beverages (no fruit or anything) but totally fine to get a quick bite that’ll hold you for a bit. Overall, a great stay. I would come again if I pass through town!
Passing through for one night this is the Perfect motel! It’s an older motel and like many of the other reviews the rooms are much nicer than you think they’d be. It’s quiet, rooms have been updated and it’s very clean. Check in was easy and friendly staff too! I would totally stay here again. Not worth spending the 300-400 at some of the other hotels when this gem exists. It’s about 10 min from downtown but so far I have found it’s really easy to drive around here compared to many of the other cities I’ve been in, so we just drove down to that area. Plenty of parking and easy to park too! Glad I paid attention to the reviews.
Because of the price! It was clean. Very basic. Bed was comfortable. No carpet, which I love. All time floors. The bathroom could use updating but completely functional. Plenty of towels. The heater in room 105 rattled awful but worked good. We wear earplugs so no problem. The breakfast:. Coffee good. Waffles good. Very clean. English muffins and biscuits were hard as rocks. Overall good value for the money. Nice front desk people.
Excellent value. Front desk lady was very nice and welcoming. Room was a bit cramped compared to other hotels but recently updated and very clean. Shower, appliances (fridge, microwave), and all outlets were modern and working well.
Heater took a bit to warm the room but got the job done. Lights in the main bedroom area were a bit underwhelming, which explains some of the reviews I read saying it was dark in the rooms. But I found it perfectly acceptable. Would stay here again!
At first we were put into a tiny room with a Queen size bed (bed seemed much smaller than a typical queen) but they quickly found a last minute cancellation and moved us into a much bigger room. Rooms were nicely renovated and clean and they even printed out our airport info that saved us a huge hassle getting back to Canada! Wish they had a full breakfast, I know it's covid times but other places still had full breakfast. Overall, very satisfied, great location, would stay there again, especially for the price!
To be honest I haven't been here for 15 years or longer. It may be different from what it was like. But this hotel has really unique architecture and an amazing pool and hot tub set up. Stay on the 2nd floor. The rooms on the 2nd floor have vaulted ceilings.
What a nice place to stay. The owner was friendly and highly accommodating. The rooms are secure, clean comfortable and roomy. Nice when you are not paying top price to have nice towels and a fun and varied breakfast option. Coffee always available and staff always available. Recommend and hope to return.
Man, what a mixed bag. Bottom line - cheap, clean budget motel that's nicer on the inside than the outside. The bed was comfy and clean. The shower was not that clean. The amenities sucked - we got a few aluminum squeeze containers of shampoo for a 3 night stay and were told to come ask for more. The check in guy was not very welcoming at all. At the same time. SF is an expensive an awesome town, so we were happy to have a clean place to sleep. So, on balance, it's a basic budget option, but don't expect any frills at all.
