It’s not a 5 star hotel. But that doesn’t mean I won’t give it a 5 star rating across the board. Everything was fine here. My fiancée and I stayed almost a week here and it was everything we needed. Clean room, very comfortable bed, a television, AC system worked well, showers had good water pressure, and had hot water. This place really is just about everything you could need at a fair price. It’s not a fancy place to stay, but it’s a good place to stay for the money they ask.
I have never stayed in an America's Best, because they do not have a great reputation for cleanliness. This hotel should be the gold standard for the franchise. The customer service was great. The front desk attendant was clear, informational, and friendly. She shared about how the owners were striving to continue with upgrading the facilities. The floors in the room were hardwood, and added a nice touch to the room. The room, beds, and bathroom were clean. I highly recommend the hotel for an affordable, clean, and safe, overnight stay.
Dangerous drug den!!
Came here for a decent value and got completely scammed. Checked In and was so disgusted with the room that we checked out and left.
The bathroom was filled with hair all over. There were either blood or fecal stains on the walls. Opened the soap to wash up maybe 2 minutes after getting there. Pulled out the towel, and a needle cap falls out.
I didn't pay to stay in an unclean junkie room. I called my booking establishment to cancel, and the general manager declined a refund because "We used the room." So apparently, using a soap before finding the needle cap is worth $150 to them.
I'll be contacting TN Board of Health and Consumer Affairs on this one.
We tried this place on a whim, because we were in town for a concert. The rooms were simple but comfortable, we had a fridge and microwave, and the bathroom was stocked with tp as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was 15 minutes from our venue, and close to food and gas if we needed it. The staff was polite and gave us.our privacy too. We'll definitely be staying here again!
Basic inexpensive hotel but clean and modern. No complaints. Slept well. The tub was shaped oddly but whatever. I'd stay again if I just needed a place to stop. Pool was small but nice to cool off and it was clean.
This place really was a good value. It is pretty bare bones, but it was very clean. I've stayed in much fancier hotels that were not nearly as clean.
It appeared that they recently redid the flooring in the rooms on the second floor. The flooring in my room looked brand new, and there was a pile of flooring tiles near the elevator.
Honestly, I wanted to think it might be decent since the Expedia reviews were ok. $230 for a terrible stay. Paper thin walls, traffic sounds were awful and the beds..not good. They have this metal trim under each bed that you can’t help but bump with your feet…it makes a crazy loud noise! The girl at the front desk bragged about there white linen but it was more like exfoliating sheets. Parking in the back was sketchy asf and at 2:00am there was strange ppl in the back roaming around. Needless to say, $230 wasted and we’ll never stay there again.
This is a hidden gem of a hotel. Room was immaculate, and cleaned daily; that's something that even the classier brands don't do anymore. Bed was made, towels were changed, trash was emptied. My white socks stayed clean in the room. No evidence of bedbugs with my black light. My room had a mini fridge, and there is a microwave in the breakfast area downstairs. There is a small outdoor pool. The common areas could be a little cleaner, especially the elevator. The breakfast is coffee and prepackaged snacks, granola bars and donut sticks; the picture is the extent of it. I could hear a little traffic noise from the interstate, but not enough to be intrusive. I would stay here again without hesitation.
