Poor location, also asked for an hour late checkout due to a 12 hour drive. Was told it should be fine, next day, was told to get out or the cops would be called.
Stayed 4 days, a gentle hour accommodation would have been respectful. Will avoid staying here ever again and I suggest you do the same.
Worst hotel staff EVER. I felt like we were racially profiled. Owner kept starting unnecessary issues and felt like we were watched our whole entire stay. I would not suggest anyone to stay there. My husband was told the cops would be called on him because we were having car issues and power steering fluid was leaking. Owner also told my husband to shut up while he was trying to apologize about the leakage. I will definitely be calling higher up the chain corporate and who ever else
There was a military event for veterans I believe on the weekend came to Goldsboro. We went to several hotels there were no vacancies and we did not make reservations due to the fact we weren't sure when we'd be arriving or that there was anything going on this weekend. The Kingston Branch was 10 Mi away but had vacancies and the rooms were very clean
The workers on first shift are awesome love there energy & willingness to make you comfy
Positive: room was cleaned everyday Negative: only waffles and cereal for breakfast
If you have more than 2 people in your room PLEASE bring extra towels. They will not give you a extra towel.. they expect you to share or use a hand towel...really??? Told me to go buy a towel or go to another hotel. No customer service. They only had minimal people staying there no reason why they couldn't other than pure LAZINESS!!!! BLAMES COVID really??? it didn't take away your rooms it is only one towel!!! So please bring your own towels...
Had to wait in my vehicle to check in. This hotel is owned my people from another country and is really really nasty inside
I didn't stay there myself, but was visiting a friend who has been displaced by flooding. The inn is clean, well lighted & the employees that I've seen are very nice. My friend says the bed is comfortable & housekeeping does a great job cleaning her room & keeping it well supplied.
