Positive: Nothing Negative: Keys worked poorly, had to slam your body into the door to open it. Burn holes in sheets and towels, very few outlets, breakfast only muffins, jelly, pastries, coffee and juice. Overall skip it, don't go there.
The most atrocious place. Worst staff. Worst accommodations. Worst location. I’ve stayed in a lot of roadside/highway stop off motels and this was one of the worst ever. On checkin, a man with confederate flag tattooed on him could hardly make contact with me wearing a Jewish star or my African American boyfriend. He almost didn’t let us stay because they’d given the “service animal room” away even though our dog is actually licensed which he made clear through comments whoever else had taken those rooms didn’t have the paperwork for their dogs (who barked all night and the staff tried to blame on us). Checkin took over 30 minutes at 2:30 AM. The room was disgusting and full of cigarette burns on every sheet and was so dirty (even though it’s supposedly a fully nonsmoking hotel). Every staff member was rude and unhelpful. People were smoking bongs on the balcony as the locals shot up under the tracks outside our room - lovely view to wake up to. On top of all that, they took a $50 deposit in case of damages which they said would never be charged. Of course it was and then took 5+ days to get it back to me after I had to call about 10 times and finally scream to get it back.
DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could give negative ratings, I would.
Positive: Helpful and friendly staff. Good value. Will stay here again. Negative: Minor wall damage, muffled train sounds.

I stayed here for a night. The hotel and room was clean and the staff were very friendly. It is in a good location with lots of parking and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
