Rooms infested with roaches
They were everywhere—on the bed, the walls, the ceiling, bathroom and all the doors. It was utterly disgusting and made it impossible to feel safe or comfortable. To make things worse, the staff were extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. When I brought the cockroach situation to their attention, they were dismissive and even mocked me and laughed about how its normal and "out of their control". I asked to be moved to a different room or to receive a refund, but they flat-out refused to help me in any way. I had to spend extra on another hotel nearby after I was done trying to deal with the employees and owner of this place since they would not help at all.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The lack of cleanliness in this place is appalling. If you value your health and well-being, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. Save your money and look for a place that actually cares about their guests.
I would highly not recommend this place to stay if you would like a comfortable or safe place to stay. Staff is rude and is not fully clear. Me and my partner got our room maybe for 5-10 mins and we had to leave. They still charged us for the room for the full day. We took the hit but I want people to know to not come here. These pleople don’t care about the customer experience they do minimal to legally charge people the prices they do. This is all from the prospective of my experience. Drove all the way from North Dallas for a Weekend Get away. The lady at the office wanted to up price the hell out of the room. They’re going for 60 plus tax online. Tell me why whenever I pulled up she wanted to hit me for 150!. Not even worth the area. Absolutely ridiculous. Never come here unless you wanna get ripped off it’s not even 8pm. Smh
If I could take that 1 start away I would, the guy is vey racist. Darning this hurricane we just had on 07/08 there have been no rooms but he has had a few. He put a sign up that says no vacancy soon as I pulled up but a Hispanic guy pulled up right after me & he gave him a room. I would like for corporate to reach out to me in regarding this matter. I will also contact the BBB. If you are African American don’t go. Yall definitely had rooms because I watched you give the room to the Hispanic guy. My concerns will be voiced to the BBb
Definitely one of the nicest front desk people I have encountered in a Hotel. I overslept and was late checking out and he didn't get upset or start yelling like most hotels do. Room was clean and the housekeeper made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to people!
I stayed here plenty of times. They only charge me 55 cash for a night. I went today and they wanted 120 a night. What a complete rip off.
Rooms are super clean. Plenty of channels on TV. Very hot water. Beds are comfy. Owners are friendly and helpful. Convenient for me being close to work Stayed here multiple times and will stay again.
Are you sure that this is a 4 star motel. The rooms are very nice and I have 400 channels plus all the movie channels too. I'm in heaven.
