Kept my STAY short and SIMPLE!
Had to come here waiting on my Apt to be ready. Stayed a few weeks.Front desk was helpful in allowing me to pay later than check out time and even lowered my daily rate when i paid daily towards last few days of my stay. Room was clean, bed was ok, lots of movie channels. Hotel is walking distance to lots of fast food, grocery stores, parks. I just Want to thank them for their service and making me feel comfortable as much possible!
Housekeepers all were nice and gave me daily cleaning.
Overall, enjoyed my stay , would come back if in emergency but theres No place like HOME!!! Feel me!!
The front lady seems put off at first but that's just her demeanor she's actually very VERY NICE. I have absolutely no complaints about her or her staff! She is helpful she just won't put up with bullshit and that's understandable. I love it here and so do my kids I recommend coming in and paying here not online tho.
Absolutely reeks of weed and cigarettes. The guy working the front desk ENTERED our room at midnight while we were sleeping - thinking the room was empty?? Just stay at any other budget hotel
Positive: Close to family members that I was visiting. Negative: LOTS - the room did not have TV - AC was very loud - End table was busted - No end table lamps - Had a patched hole in wall it wasn't painted yet - couch had tears in it - Black mold in the bathroom near the tub. Ice & Soda machine wasn't working - more.
Positive: Food locations were very close by. Walking distance Negative: There was no chair/couch nor lamps in the room. No tv channels to watch. Defiantly wasn't worth the amount I paid. The door look like it had been broken down and not properly replaced
This place is garbage. Stay away.
I personally don't care if a place is run down as long as it's cheap and doesn't have roaches or bedbugs. This place somehow fell below my low standards.
There are homeless teens encamped in the parking lot. They followed me to my car to solicit but otherwise didn't seem to have malicious intent. I couldn't walk to nearby places because they tried to follow me if i left the inn. Front desk is aware but doesn't do anything.
The room was decent-- spacious but ghetto. Smelled of smoke despite being nonsmoking. No bedbugs, but there was a lot of residue on the ground when I walked in and I saw a roach right before checking out. Blankets and pillows are pretty worn and stained but you can tell they get laundered.
Neighbors can be noisy as hell, especially if you get one in a connecting room. Sure, they deserve to have fun and stay up late while travelling, but... The sound insulation is terrible. I spoke to them directly multiple times and finally had to complain to the front desk. The guy was super lazy and refused to do anything the first time, then gave them a very weak "please stop slamming the wall" when I asked again which did nothing. (They were not slamming against the wall, just partying very loudly and closing the doors forcefully). I got 2 hours of sleep because they were up until 3am and I had to catch an early flight.
Also, free breakfast? Pool? Those are closed down, false advertising. They're the least of my concerns given everything else.
2 stars because it's a bed for $40 a night with free parking and close proximity to food and groceries. One of the front desk staff was super helpful, the other paid zero attention to anything I said and clearly doesn't care.
I'm not that impressed whatsoever. Took forever for the room to get cool. There were also multiple holes throughout the bedding, and late night drama from another room could easily be heard in the hallway as well as into our room. The shower does work great, but the dial was installed backward on it. Took me a second to figure that one out. LOL Also, the staff has quite the reputation of being difficult, unpleasant, and also rather unprofessional to most of their guests. On a more positive note, the bed was quite comfy ???? But I would say this is more like a cheap motel than an inn. However, their prices are a bit too steep for just having a comfy bed. They really should lower their rates based purely on the monstrosity of this so-called "inn." More like resembles a back alleyway if you ask me.
It was close to my dad ! The location was great. Just lock your car. I booked it a couple days early so I got it at a great price The employees were nice. Clean!
