Positive: Nothing Negative: Room was dirty. Insects in bathtub. NO iron or ironing board at the entire property. No Kleenex..No blow dryer. No makeup mirror. Phone in room doesn't work. Toilet was disgusting. Bed was as hard as a rock. Loud road noise. Clueless front desk.
Worst experience. Room was FILTHY. Beds are super hard.

If you need a place to just sleep this is it. The wifi doesn't work the microwave didn't work nor did the fridge. Massive wolf spiders that got on the bed so be mindful
Also a roach infestation. Order pizza and set it on the desk by time I got done with a 10 min shower had roaches in my pizza. You have been warned.
Upon checking in, I found that the floor had not been swept and I found a walnut size cockroach on it's back and still alive. I went to ask for a dustpan and broom. I went back to the office with the intention of showing them (no yelling involved) that their housekeeping staff is not doing an adequate job and the young female receptionist accused me of being disrespectful. I was a bit confused and flabbergasted. At first I thought she was kidding. Then she told me that she wanted us to check out and leave. I said no because I had nowhere else to go. She stated that she could tell that I was the type of person who would complain about everything until I checked out. She proceeded to tell me that she'd rather I didn't stay because she knows I'm going to give a bad review. I told her that I had not planned on doing that but I would certainly be doing that now due to her rudeness. I went back to my room and a few minutes later the phone rang. She was calling me to tell us that she wanted us to check out and if we did not, she would call the cops. I told her that if she could find me a hotel nearby, I would gladly leave (there were no hotel rooms available anywhere because it was the day before the eclipse). I had pre-paid $75 for this room and I think she wanted me to leave so she could re-rent it for twice the cost to some desperate person looking for a last minute room. Cops never came. Horrible woman. Hair in the tub, used up pantyshield in corner of shower, dead bugs in fridge, ripped curtains, stained bedding, lumpy pillows, non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were far cleaner and more pleasant. I'm not a difficult person, but I do expect a clean room. I've travelled extensively and stayed in hundreds of hotels. Most hotel staff will bend over backwards to make something right. She didn't care at all about the condition of the room or our experience. She was unacceptably rude.
Stayed recently. Everything was excellent—clean rooms, great amenities, perfect location, and delicious food. However, the service was disappointing. Staff were inattentive and slow to respond to requests. Improving service would make this hotel outstanding.

Do not, i repeat. DO NOT stay at this hotel. The room was nasty. It was a not smoking room, and there was an ashtray on the table. It stunk . There were roaches, dead and live ones. The bed was terrible, made squinting noises, and the backboard was not secured to the wall. Terrible, terrible place.
