I really don’t like posting negative reviews, but this one warrants it.
Positives: There were no bed bugs in my room and the staff was extremely friendly and nice to work with. Very polite people.
Negatives: This place is sketchy. I feel like the low price point attracts an unsavory and paranoia kept me up most of the night. On one occasion, someone else was working my door handle trying to enter my room (maybe someone was confused; but context clues of the surrounding area didn’t help). I booked this trip through Travelocity and when greeted at the desk, was informed of a $50 cash deposit (this also screams sketchy). To get the cash back, the staff had to walk through my room to ensure there were no damages. There were preexisting damages throughout the room, but nothing that I did. I was worried I wouldn’t get the cash back, but that all went well. Again, the staff was really polite and nice to work with even on this. But I just wasn’t expecting it. The air conditioner is very moldy, and the blankets are extremely thin. I am sure the staff are doing their best with what they have, but I would not stay here again.
They are awesome here. Kathy and the whole staff down to the housekeepers have been over whelmingly understanding , helpful, funny, and now my friend s... no, it's not a huge cooperate motel, but their hospitality and character blow the competition out of the water. Don't let look s device you this facility packs a punch of diversity and warmth. Meet a lot of great individuals here. Definitely won't forget any of them. I will definitely miss this place when I go. Thank you guys for the experience and me friendships.
No bugs, working A/C, and about as basic as could be. The beds weren’t uncomfortable, but could have been a lot more comfortable. My back and body didn’t hurt the next morning though so it wasn’t a huge deal. The TV was tiny, and the room wasn’t dirty, but could’ve been cleaner. So it wasn’t bad, but just about everything could have been better. Both front desk people were really nice.
By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. They jacked up their prices for the festival weekend but this wouldn’t have even been worth a fraction of what we were going to pay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and one of the mattress covers had a huge wet stain on it. We got new sheets from the office and when we pulled off the old sheets the mattress was stained yellow on both sides. Everything in the room and the office felt grimy and dirty. The tv didn’t work, the shower was disgusting, and the whole property smelled like cigarettes. There were bugs crawling on the walls which we were told is “normal” and they can’t help it. We ended up leaving at midnight and getting a hotel 5 minutes away that was much better and cleaner.
Edit: We did receive a refund after contacting Expedia and showing them the pictures. We “used” the room for about 30 minutes. Still shouldn’t be disgusting and still shouldn’t have stained sheets and bugs on the walls.
If I could do 0 stars I would! Got a 2 bedroom for our trip to lost lands music festival and I have never stayed anywhere so revolting. Room was dirty, mattress was stained on both sides, room was full of bugs and we had one towels.
When we went to ask for more towels and to comment on the our concerns we were told that there’s nothing they can do and the bugs are normal.
We planned on staying for 4 days and they wanted $1,100 for the room haha!
As if this wasn’t bad enough I called the county health inspector. The property owner called us to complain that we called and that she was planning on giving us a full refund! WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT BOOK HERE .
We reserved this last minute for a trip to see family. After checking in, my wife found hairs in the bed including pubic hair. I will say that the front desk attendant was very nice and gave us some new sheets. I kind of knew what to expect, but that's a bit much. And I don't know how they get away with charging $160 for it ????
First room wasn't clean and looked like someone left 10 minutes before I got there.
Second room was just gross, nasty looking tub had a big web in it along with the spider just chillin. Bed was gross with dingy sheets and what looked like dried blood. The housekeeping all need fired and management npr the owners obviously give a damn. Pulling up there's giant azz cobwebs all over like it's abandoned, how hard is it to use a broom to get all that down? Walk in room and the air conditioner looks disgusting, nasty old curtains and cobwebs in the room. Pillows must be used for 50 years and the floor needed swept. No way the owner or management give a damn about quality or comfort. Just look at the pictures and if you're considering staying here enlarge the pictures, I'd rather stay at the bates motel. To hard for you guys to clean and replace things that need replaced? They should rent these rooms for 39 dollars with a 15 dollar discount. Lastly they have the ordacity to charge a deposit!! For what in case you clean the room?!?!?! No way to make it worse unless you took an ax to the furniture.

1. I stayed because it was the middle of the night after a 15 hour drive and literally nothing else was available, as I said i git fully dressed and laid on top of the covers and got out out of that dungeon as soon as I woke up. 2. Yep spiders build webs....wow ???? in a tub that was supposed to be cleaned? Comfprt inn had no webs or spiders, I travel for work and don't see mess like that. 3. You say they were clean sheets even though I posted pictures that show different? SMH 4. Your response was lame and that place is gross, pillows flat, dingy old bedding, 300 year old dirty air conditioner, nasty bathroom I could go on and on....intook more pictures than I posted you want more? Your own employees said they wouldn't stay there...why is that? I was told but why do you think? Your hotel is gross why don't you fix it instead of bullcrapping on here about it? But it's OK, unless you get all new bedding, curtains, air conditioner, tub, paint job, insect control ect. People will just come there and see for themselves. Even your parking lot is raggedy and nobody seems to have the time to simply use a broom to get spiders and their webs then spray insect repellent so they stay away awhile, comfort inn didn't have that....probably because I witnessed then doing upkeep inside and out. Lastly, horrible idea to respond with more mess or all you'll get is the rest of the Pictures.
Was in town staying for work,and was given a room that wasn't so great,and didn't complain that day because it was late and I had to be in bed for work the next day. These people went out of there way to make things rite and received top notch service for the rest of my stay. I highly recommend for an affordable clean room if you're in town visiting.
