Room is large and comfortable. Single king bed with a couch and coffee table. Bathroom on the smaller side but not bad shower small and dark. The bathroom had signs of previous water damage in the ceiling. Leak was fixed at some point but the ceiling was not. Also open repair hole cut out behind the toilet that wasn't finished. But over all a nice room, clean and no crawling guests that you find in other weekly rentals.
Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. Bugs, burn marks, broken furniture, water leaks, and TV that wouldn't turn off with or without remote. Area is a little sketchy but not too bad. Didn't even bother checking out the rest of the hotel or pool. We got out as quick as possible!

They responded, as you can see, but from all the reviews covering an expansive amount of time. They have no intention of making it better or fixing the problems! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Was not happy with the room at all The shower was the worst it didn't drain at the drain but instead in the floor beside the shower The price was good and most would say you get what you pay for But no I have stayed in nicer rooms in bad areas of east Nashville and the rooms was much nicer I would say if you would like to stay at a Best value inn on brick Church Pike
Plumbing was horrible, hardly any hot water . Pool was filthy hadn't been cleaned for weeks . No breakfast as advertised not even a coffee pot . First night there had to have the shower looked at .very disappointed. Staff acted like they could care less .they didn't seem to care as long as they hit your money. CMA fest was going on so couldn't find another hotel the service doesn't even deserve 1 star.
0 stars lights went out they were aware refused to move my room were very disrespectful towards my dog ceiling was falling in half the wall was missing and they refused me a refund and I will be reporting them to the state of Tennessee
Positive: Nothing at all!! Mold in shower in a/c unit, broken wires exposed lamp, ALL linens stained, smelled of cigarette smoke, musty! Smoke alarm inoperable as the back was on the wall and the front in the drawer, vagrants outside! Was the worst 4 hour stay! Negative: Everything! This place is infested with bed bugs and roaches. I have found several decent rooms less than a mile away for the same price. I was amazed when I found bed bugs they kept my money and acted like this was normal. They also have went up in price however the rooms have gotten really bad. The maintenance guy stalks people like a serial killer. This place is a scam you will regret spending your money here. It will surely be shut down in the near future. They take your money and threaten you with the local law enforcement if you try to get your money back. I kept my voice low and tried to explain that keeping someone's money after knowingly renting them an infested room is theft. They were so nice until I stated the obvious then it was my fault. I know we did not bring bugs here. I personally have a phobia of insects and filth. Just go down the street to Baymont or sun hotel. This place is infested
I place to stay for a night if you don't have any other option, It was 80 dollar for a 2 bed room for 1 night. But the bedsheets and the smell is terrible. The bathroom was clean though. It also had AC and hot water. It had a tv but I didn't used.
