Positive: "" Negative: Booked a non-smoking room and all they had available was a smokers room. The room was not clean and the trash can was full. With no other hotel options we were forced to stay there. I was traveling with my two young kids. We didn?t even take a shower.
Stay away from here dead insects on the floor and owner is completely unaccommodating nor helpful I booked a 2 bed room and the ac wasn't working maintenance came and he himself said the owner is useless so they offered me a single bed room when it was 3 guys on a work trip and said I could book an extra room if I wanted instead of even offering a discount at the minimum I get she maybe is too greedy to give a free room but to say that I just walked out. WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE
EDIT: got a refund after 3 phone calls of going back and forth so I added a 2nd star but as a hotel that relies on people staying there and based on their pricing for cheaper hotels it shouldn't take 3 conversations to get a refund but it is appreciated hope they improve in the future
Great place if you need a pit stop from a long ride or a few weeks stay until you find your new home. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Could use a breakfast in bed service. Other than that, the manager, Nancy, is very understanding and easy going if you are troubled with next day payments. Overall in my opinion I give it 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend for anyone coming into the garland area.
I always have a good experience here. Cable is good.
Hot water is always available. The staffing never gives me any problems. Nancy is always so helpful. She makes sure we have everything we need. I will always stay here at this INN.
The staff is very rude and disrespectful. The rooms are infested with roaches the customers are always loud and arguing outside. The police is always being called to the property that is an unsafe environment. I would not recommend. This motel needs to closed down permanently.
Positive: There is no best. Negative: The first room 3 roaches were running around in the bathroom one was comin up the toilet. The next room the pipes had tape holding them to the walls. The shower curtain had mold on it. The blankets had burns n them. The walls & floor were nasty.
Rooms smelled like mildew, and sheets had stains on them. Worst Motel I've ever seen. It was disgusting. I just canceled and left. They did not refund, but I left out anyway.
Positive: Nothing, I left it to sleep in my car. Negative: It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. I mean you get what you pay for so this was pretty much a perfect match.
