The worst experience of my life. My door opened during the night and my service dog was taken.. no one assisted when we asked to have them look at security cameras. The police cake out and explained illegal activities take place there often and to get an air bnb... very unsafe place and very rude people in the office

Front desk peeps have an attitude problem. The bottom sheet of the blanket wasn't washed (had a sweat smell to it), and in a sketchy part of the hotel (most of the people were extremely sketchy). I give only two stars because the whole area outside the hotel was convenient. Not worth the money - pay an extra 10 and you can get MUCH nicer hotels and WITH a yummy breakfast, and WAY better staff to serve you better. Don't waste your time here. Lesson learned!
worst location EVER . i overslept & missed check out time (my fault, my problem) i was still in the bed with NO clothes literally just my under garments and the front desk lil girl decided to OPEN THE DOOR AND WALK IN to tell me it was check out time & watched me get dressed. i apologized for the oversleeping & missing check out & said i will be right out as soon i got dressed she insisted on standing there on her phone. i closed the door just a little to have some PRIVACY since i had NO clothes on anyone could have walked by & saw she immediately pushed it open & said “come on get out, its time to go, i dont care” oh okay . well enjoy your little hotel while you can because it will all fail soon. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. this was something quick to get some sleep in before i headed back out , if you are passing by do not even consider stopping here.
& i will be sure to report you guys to the city for inappropriate behavior such as WATCHING PEOPLE ALMOST NAKED GETTING DRESSED .
Had two people enter my room, waking me up at 3:00 AM who told me they had been checked into the room, they apologized and left. I made sure the door was full closed and went back to bed. At 4:00 AM I woke up to another person in my room by the desk and as soon as I moved, they grabbed my wallet off of the desk and ran out the door. Staff would not get me video of help me in any way. I was told what happened “is impossible”. Still waiting to hear back from them or management, but my hopes are not high. If you appreciate your own safety or the safety of your family or possessions, do not go here, it is very risky. There are no inside locks on the doors at all.
First off whoever lied and said they serve breakfast is a bold face because this abvi doesn’t do breakfast anymore and it looks like for a long time it hasn’t……. Second housekeeping is a hot mess because you have to catch them and ask for what you want towels clean sheets tissue whatever the case may be…… The way they walked and looking in rooms that have paid and being in people business is crazy, the pool stayed clean the guys did their job, but that front office she was sarcastic and rude at times…… I kept the room I was in clean myself and kept the sheets changed she had the nerves to say because I changed my sheets ???? we’re doing to much laundry I’m like that’s what you’re suppose to do right???? Well anyway needless to
Rooms are clean. The beds are awesome. The customer service - the day shift manager - she was horrible. I suggest that she is fired and not be able to work in the hotel industry again. She was rude, wouldn’t work with you, has no personality, yelled and screamed on the phone. I would never stay again if she is there. She needs to be fired today 6/27/24.
Positive: "" Negative: Would of been okay if there wasn't a crack dealer next door to us left and right and if the pool was cleaned. For the most part it was clean the price was good it did not get noisy. But the lady on checkout day was rude and hateful.
I have had to rent by the week, and will probably be here another year. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They keep rooms nice and clean, and their swimming pool impressed me as top in area they keep it clean. It's family free and close to stores also.
