Instead of front desk personnel there is a kiosk. However, I got to say that Logan, Raj, and Sheldon have been an amazing pleasure to deal with! An addition the housekeeping staff is fantastic. The head housekeeper Marie is very good good with communication and has taken excellent care of myself and my family. I would recommend this for your family stay anytime!
The room was clean and the AC was working well the design is pretty stylish for such a cheap room. Breakfast is included which is nice the coffee machine gives coffee and espresso and decaf. As for location this is Central Fort Myers and very convenient to everything including the public bus. As for the neighboring businesses it's walking distance from a lot of nice shops and a few restaurants including Buffalo wild wings, Zaxby's & Starbucks. On the north side the neighboring business is a bar I didn't hear any noise from the bar to bother us at all.
I stayed for 1 week and had a amazing stay; the service were excellent, rooms a very clean and having a good size, very comfortable beds. Very close to Sanibel, Nord Ford Myers, Fort Myers beach, downtown Fort Myers. The pool is very clean, and water just beautiful. Nice continental breakfast. Staff taking very well care of the property.
This place is great and steadily improving. They even have the Bhagavad Gita bedside which is a great read if you need a staple
Nomenclature on eastern philosophy. It’s a four thousand year old text based on Krishna and Arjuna that is really captivating and will change at least some perspective you have on life. So while you enjoy your vacation, break from life, or work week definitely check it out. Breakfast is the bomb biggity here too. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my birthday week and clear my head from the monotony of the past year! Also tons of shoppes and eateries and even a gym in walking distance! Only thing I didn’t like is that the price can double without reservation so make your reservations!
From the minute we arrived until the minute we left - awful. Pulled into the car park and immediately witnessed a drug deal there, I hadn't even switched off the engine. Waited for those people to disperse before entering the reception which was deserted. I heard a voice coming from the ATM and realised it was a sort of kiosk with a face on it saying I must check in there. OK. Having booked with Booking.com I only had their reference which the person didn't really want. They then wanted a copy of my passport, a copy of my drivers licence and to provide a credit card. The whole process was completely impersonal and cold. The machine spat out a key card and the person disappeared on-screen, I didn't even know what room number I was assigned! Thankfully it was not e receipt. When I got back to the car my partner said they didn't want to stay here anymore after witnessing the drug deal and there wee some very shady people sitting by the pool. I managed to convince them it'd be ok and we can just go into the room and stay there. ||||Room was OK, air con was jet-engine loud. We decided to push the couch up again the front door for extra security. After travelling all day we just wanted to relax however at around 11pm somebody tried to enter our room through the adjoining room, they attempted several times and only stopped when I yelled and banged on the door to tell them to stop. I called reception to report this but there was no answer. I called agin ten minuted later, still no answer. I wanted to go over to reception but my partner didn't want to be left alone in the room. I was gonna call the cops but being British (I was on on a stop-over to Miami) I didn't think it would make much difference. We had an extremely restless night and left at around 07:30 the next morning (after arriving at 20:30 the night before. It's the worst $100odd I've ever spent and quite traumatic tbh.Sufice to say we won't be back or in fact use this brand of hotels again.
My room was clean and had no issues in my stay. The staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast should be a little upgraded... hotel has very good rates and location.
The property only has a Virtual Front Desk, making it impossible to receive print out check out. they say ist by email, but if you dont keep emial them to get it they dont send it. One Night the Propery had no electricity and no one at the reception to inform what was happening since its only has Virtual Fronty Desk and had no electricity so no front virtual desk. kkkk we stay with no light and no AC from 8:30pm till 4:30, i went out side and all place with power only this property was out, I was charged $100 fee deposit and charge two times the accommodation and its been a really night mare to get the money back, i call the propery so many times and send it so many emails and nothing i even spoke with the booking.com i alredy send it my statements from my credit cards and nothing. not fair i´m out the state and theres nothing we can do about it. be careful when you get charge in this property.
