I was greeted with a warm welcome. Although, I was parking and exiting my vehicle, I rang the bell. John the front desk provided kind and attentive service to me and my family during check-in. The rooms are generously sized, with beds offering supreme comfort. The guest population was friendly, and parking was perfectly organized. While the pool was somewhat compact, my kids had a great time. Minor things need to be fixed but overall the stay experience was just perfect. Thank you for having us.
I don’t write reviews very often but it’s places like this that deserve to be recognized and appreciated. I had something I had to fly into San Antonio for to take care of and literally do a 1 day turn around trip I got to the airport at 2 am and hung out till about 5 am and it just sucked to say the least so I called Americas Beat Value Inn San Antonio airport and explained to them the situation and they told me to come right away and they’d get me into a room at 5 am with no extra charge which was so extremely nice of them. The hotel is literally 5 minutes away from the airport the room is clean and super comfortable I have not 1 bad thing to say about this place but most importantly the front desk staff are just great people. THANK YOU for making this 1 day nightmare trip so much more better by just being a compassionate person. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone
Positive: The hotel was to disgusting to stay in, checked out within 2 minutes of checking in. Negative: The fire alarms were ripped off the wall.A Gatorade bottle left on the dresser with what appeared to be urine in it. The sheets had cigarettes burns in them and the room was non smoking. The nightstand was full of dog hair and dirt.
Positive: Nothing Negative: Very dirty and run down. Abandoned cars in the parking lot. Demanded $100 cash deposit. People in line begging to get their deposit returned. Panhandlers everywhere. Did not feel safe. Could not park my car here safely. Could not expect my wife to stay.
Positive: This place has falsely advertised itself on your platform. It is dirty the pictures are not true to the real look and feel of this hotel didn?t stay and would like a full refund. Negative: Nothing
I would give it 1 star at most. The room was trash, the microwave is rustedand unclean, and the rotating glass isnt for the microwave so it falls of the rotaing pin. There are roaches. There is molding smell once you enter the room. It's over price for quality of the room. The sink, and the shower are leaking. There are stains on the bed sheets. You can feel the springs on the mattress. The AC vents are broken and it's too loud. The TV remote is taped with scotch tape to hold the batteries. The lights over the bed don't work.
I’m highly disappointed. I’m fond of using Priceline with hotel stays and I had reservations last night. Little did I know that they put in the fine print that there is a $100 deposit. Why in the hell would I pay $43 just to pay a $100 deposit when I’m unable to. The low price was the reason I booked it. I hope this hotel shuts down due to there sneaky business practices and hope they lose any future customers. Stay away! Not worth it!!!
Booked through Priceline, went to get key, the guy said we needed to pay $100 for incidents. How much more damage can you do to this place. Priceline refused to give refund. I think this is a scam. They book rooms online then refuse refunds. Smart way to scam ppl out of money.
