DO NOT STAY AT THIS ROACH INFESTED HOTEL. If you have an appreciation for any level of basic hygiene and cleanliness, do not stay at this disastrous hotel. Despite the infestation they have, the walls are torn up, splattered with all different sorts of who knows what. Stains on the furniture and even the curtains. I decided to get out after one night and would’ve sooner if not for being exhausted from driving. I admittedly didn’t immediately complain. What’s the point? To just be put in another roach infested room? There are reviews going back years on here mentioning their roach infestation and the abysmal conditions of the rooms. On my way out however, I spoke with a housekeeping girl and politely mentioned the roaches(gee maybe you might wanna get rid of them??). She immediately got defensive and told me to go tell the front office, I wasn’t going to waste my time. Unexpectedly then I got a call from the front office asking if I was staying another night. I informed them that having roaches crawl on me for one night was enough. Again, I was met with an immediately defensive attitude and told I should’ve told someone earlier if I actually had a problem with it. As if the timing should really matter when your hotel IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. Absolutely unbelievable. Again, there reviews going back years mentioning this repulsive problem. They clearly have NO shame about running a hotel crawling with roaches. This place should be shut down by the health department.
I read the reviews before booking a room. I said to my self it mustn’t be that bad so i gave it a try, and let me tell you The Reviews were 100% Right! I have never in my Life Experienced Such servise before I was in Utter disbelief on how i was treated the staff at the front do not know how to great people. I also Couldn’t Believe The state of the room super Dirty the room was Crawling With Roaches. Eeewww Digusting!!!
$90 on the weekend and $80 on Week Days! This place is a rip off, don’t even get me started about the rooms they Stink the staff is Extremely rude an Stayed here 3 nights and they were my Last! The Management need a better Training program because Honestly they Need it. I suggest you Looking Some place else this Place is not worth it Trust Me! And also i forgot to Mention this PLACE IS A NEST FOR ROACHES!

I guess I wrote a good review a lil to soon...after staying there for almost 2 weeks I go to pay for another night and was told I had to pay a $50 non refundable pet fee for my service dog. My dog has not messed up one thing since we have been here and I'm one of the few that actually picks up behind there dog. She is a service dog so she is very well behaved and she only barks when someone directly knocks on our door. Earlier in the week I told the front desk my AC was leaking and my floor was soaked, he said he would take care of it only for us to get BK hours later and our floor to still be soaked. It was the following day before they put a tray under it to catch the water. We was told all acs do that...my husband was a engineer at Hilton..no they are not supposed to leak. Also seen roaches everywhere as soon as the lights go out.
Check in was very quick and easy. The rooms are a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. Me being a housekeeping manager myself seen room for improvement and I don't think the rooms are inspected after the housekeeper cleans but all in all it was a pleasant stay.. We travel with a service dog that everyone loved as she is really well behaved. I like that u don't hear to much of the traffic on 17. We will be staying again. Oh and the guy at the front desk was really nice as well. They do not have breakfast like it says online, so they need to correct that and until it is corrected should be a small discount for not having it as advertised in my opinion. We did have a peaceful relaxing quiet stay.

Rude Vulgar and Disgusting. I have never seen such a horrible Motel in my Life the place is Crawling with Cockroaches the room had a horrible Smoke Smell the Bed sheets Where Burnt from the Cigarettes.
To start there is roaches everywhere and smells very bad and no breakfast at all also holes on the wall the 400 pound lady tells u how lazy the hotel manager is
Roaches infested in the room. Adults and babies. We saw at least 6 in the 60 seconds we were in the room. The room door lock was completely missing- couldn’t even lock the room door. When we checked in to go to the room- the room door was already open. I didn’t have to use my key to open it. Cops patrolling the hotel before we could even get to our room. We quickly went back to the office and asked for a refund. The guy at the desk tried to offer a different room. No. We want to leave. Not a different bug infested room. Who wants to sleep with bugs? Roaches at that! After having to get vocal that we refused to stay there with the whole situation- he finally gave a refund.
Update 4/22/24: I was contacted by the owner this morning about my issues. He apologized multiple times for the problems and is working on getting them fixed. He did send me proof that Orkin has been and is coming again to fix the bug issues. He stated he is the new owner and all the issues are being fixed asap.
