My family just stayed here for the night July 5 2024. The beds are comfortable, and the room looks fine, just like your typical hotel. It's a little outdated but it's a great place to sleep so no problems. No bugs no roaches no bed bugs. I'm a serious bug freak and if there was bugs I'd blast them on it. So no bugs at all in our room or anywhere near our room. The only reason for the 4 stars is the pillows were horrible and there is a homeless person walking around which is cool just a little different. He went from being in a wheelchair twice to pushing it back n forth in front of our room. ???? Also it was quiet all night I'm a light sleeper so don't believe anyone complaining about the noise last night was a Friday night and it was quiet all night. Minus my kid snoring. ????
I stay here quite often due to my job and I promise these people are some of the kindest humans you will ever meet. They truly make me feel like I’m home. The bed made me itch once or twice but I still keep coming because of the people here. In a lonely world in 2024, kind people will always get my money. ????
Positive: The staff she had been really nice. Negative: Didn't like the fact roach ? crawling on the wall and a broken microwave would like a refund for my stay!!! The people in the next room arguing in front of my hotel room door!!!! People hanging out in the stairway!!!
Please please be very careful, the people are very respectful here, but watch where you are walking because there is wet floor, how I know because it happened to a lot of people, it happened to me and the Family it's not a joke it's nothing to be laughing about so please be respectful to all of us too at this Hotel Thank you ❤️???????? I care just like everyone else cares too ????????????
At first I was kind of skeptical because of the price instead of coming here first I went to some of the other motels within the area one of them pool look like it had gangrene the other motel I stayed at the picture of the rooms was not the rooms so I decided to give American best value of chance and when I tell you I wish I would have came here first haven't seen a roach since I've been here the pool is the cleanest pool that I haven't seen in the fort Pierce and trust me I know cuz I'm a truck driver and I have stayed at all of the motels within this area and I wish I would have just bought my money and came here it's very nice. everything is good including staff so if you have in the area please check them out
This place has been so good to me the staff is amazing Jessica the desk manager is so nice and helpful and accommodating I recommend this place for a cheap clean quiet place.
The entire staff are absolutely amazing!! It's not the newest hotel but they go above & beyond to keep the rooms & common areas clean!! Also if you do have any issues they will do anything & everything in their power to correct the problem, like I said not the newest or fancier hotels but the beds are super comfy and the linens are as clean as if they were brand new!!
Positive: Location Negative: I am a single woman and they put me at the back of the hotel where the thugs were hanging out. No deadbolt! Not much sleep!
