The rooms are clean and the stay was cheaper than most in the area. I stayed there while working at blue oval. The people that run and own the place are rather difficult and rude. There was maintenance going on while I was staying there and these people were working from the hours of 5 PM to 9pm. Because they were hiring cheap under the table labor, these people would come and work late in the day, and it was kind of annoying. When I called to ask how long they would be working one night the lady who answered the phone basically just hung up on me. Also, I left a do not disturb sign while I was at work and they would still come in and turn the air off every day. So after a long day of work, I will come home to a hot room and having to hear annoying racket outside my door.
This place was all me and my daughter could afford on our trip up to ky so we booked it. We were told it was a smoke free room but the room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke and I am highly allergic. There was holes in the wall the lock didn't work right so we put a chair up against the door to feel safe. Then both mornings we were woke up to renovations that started so early and we couldn't walk out the door because they had a saw horse sitting right in front of our door. Then when I was supposed to receive my refund they said I left stains on the sheets but I didn't even use their sheets we had brought our own.this is such a waste of money hotel and they will rip you off completely.
It's a nice little place rooms are clean, beds nice. Management is a bit to nosy. But not a bad place
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and they were able to help us out when we had to check in in the middle of the night. It's in the process of being renovated and the new finishes are pretty nice
I literally checked out yesterday morning after an extended stay, and up until that point I was rather pleased with the experience. Then my travel companion, Bobby W., goes to retrieve his $50 deposit and was told that we smoked in the room and he wouldn't be getting any deposit back. The staff was very much aware that we not only consistently smoked outside, we also didn't litter up the parking lot with our butts, and were conscientious as we didn't want to inconvenience them as we knew we'd be there for a while. I guess the close to $4k spent wasn't enough, but next time I'll stay elsewhere.
Oh, and management may want to ask the blonde woman with housekeeping why the various men who hang out in her vehicle while she's working like to ask the guests if they'd be interested in purchasing narcotics. That was not only unexpected but unwelcome.
I'll admit I was going to leave a much better review, but being accused of something patently untrue has left a bad aftertaste.
What a rip off. Price wise. $120. The room was very clean and the king bed was comfortable. But… there was no place to put luggage except the two chairs in the room and the top of the desk and on the microwave. Only other options were the bed and the floor. Breakfast offering was weak coffee and either corn flakes or fruit loops. That’s it. No tea not even packaged granola bars. Seriously !!! Only reason for three stars was the bed and the clean room.
Newly renovated, rooms are great and espacios, location are good near interstate and gas stations, friendly staff
This was a last minute place to stay. We was headed to a funeral in Ohio. Got to the front desk and asked for the price, we was told we had to pay a 50 dollar deposit plus the pice of the room which came to 156.00 was told we would get the 50.00 deposit back as soon as our bank would process it, it was processed 2 days later and we only recieved 30.00 back! This place is a rip off and a joke because I see people have posted different amounts they have paid! Place is nasty and not worth any ones time.
