Do not book here!! Place is dirty and smells like mold or dirty cigarettes. The workers here are extremely disrespectful. No wifi so if you work remotely, good luck to you. Workers are banging around and screaming by 8 am. Not enough parking for the people who are actually staying here. Very rundown. I’d rate it 0/5 if possible. Absolutely atrocious
For being in a busier part of Sacramento this hotel is quality and affordable. We stayed on New Years Eve 24, it was exceptional.
I stayed at this hotel recently, it was horrible, the bed was very uncomfortable, the pictures show nice pillow top bed and we got a bed that was less quality than motel 6 , room was dirty, there was a creepy guy hanging. On the second floor where we stayed, then the next morning we go to leave a a homeless guy was sleeping in the elevator, I told the staff and they just said nothing they can do, this was a non-refundable room, what a ripoff.
09/18/21: If I could give zero stars I would. This place is gross. Gross is a polite word to describe this place. Very dirty, the bed was half way made up, sheets appear to be dirty/stained, along with the towels that were in the hotel room. The bathroom.....eww on so many levels. The carpet is dirty, stained, mold/mildew in some areas of the bathroom. the A/C unit smelled disgusting. I was only there for one night, but checked out as soon as I could the next morning. I did not feel safe there. People were walking by the room at all hours of the night, and the guests upstairs were loud and just flat out ratchet. If you can sleep in your car, this would be better than staying here. Next time, I will pay the extra few dollars to stay in a nice CLEAN and SAFE location. Trust me, you will thank yourself for reserving a room at a better hotel. Save your self the trouble and pay the extra money to stay elsewhere.
This place was janky....rooms smell like stale cigarette smoke, holes in the walls, there was mascara on the pillows... Seems more like a place you rent by the hour, not the night. But the lady at the front desk was nice.
Honestly it's a cute little inn but I definitely needs to work on cleanliness. The deadbolt on our room doesn't work. The TV remote was so nasty looking I had to wash it before I felt comfortable using it. The microwave a fridge smell awful and there's drops of blood everywhere in the room. The "clean" towels had blood on them. Just over all not happy with how gross the rooms are.

We reserved our rooms ahead of time, but couldn’t check in until three pm, but the website didn’t say that so we had to wonder around for hours waiting on our rooms.. The staff was super rude, and answered the bell with, “ What do you want?” No greeting or any kind of kindness!. The lady actually acted irritated with us being there even though we had reserved several rooms!. Worst part of the whole stay was No Hot Water so No Showers!! Thank god we only stayed one night.. Druggies everywhere and loud drunks.. Never staying here again!!!
If there was a negative I would give it. I reserved a room here for three days. I’m from Sacramento and this area has cleaned up a lot so I was expecting this hotel to be actually nice due to the pictures looked really nice. I came to the office around 1Pm because I had at noon and they said I could check in early. I’m pregnant and needed to sit down and get out of the heat. When I arrived they said the room wasn’t clean yet. It will be awhile. Okay so I waited, it was not 2, the room still wasn’t cleaned. I requested the first floor since I am pregnant and have a service dog so with luggage it would be easier. They said no there was only the second floor. So I keep waiting and now it’s 3 they said ohhhhh you want the first floor we have that. I had sat in my car for almost three hours in 100 degree weather. They gave me my key to my room and not was I shocked. The room radiated with cigarette smoke even though the signs all over the property say it’s non-smoking. None of the surfaces had been cleaned. Everything has food particles on it and the bedding didn’t even look clean. The sheets and pillow cases are stained, the bed doesn’t even have a fitted sheet on it just two top sheets. The shower curtain is cloth which is extremely disgusting and had pubic hair on it and is also stained. The back of the door has pee running down it. I took a Clorox wipe and touched all these spots and they came out so easy, one wipe. So I’m unsure what they maid was even doing in the room for three hours.
On my last day I was in my room trying to work and a big man came into my room! I was terrified luckily I had my service animal, no staff came to apologize or anything. I wouldn’t let my worse enemy stay here. The “free parking” is a joke all 6 spots are occupied by broken down vehicles. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!! I have photos to prove all of this.
