Americas Best Value Inn Douglasville

It's not the ritz but one doesn't expect that. It's a clean, solid room with a fridge and microwave and truck parking within view of the back rooms. $84. Had a smell like people's food in the room over time but no cigarettes. Beds were comfy, everything worked except the hair dryer was a filthy empty shell that should be replaced or removed. It was quiet, mostly truckers in the back rooms, 2 had tiny barbecue pits outside where they apparently cooked their dinners. Parking lot needed to be cleaned, there was dog poop on the parking space in front of my room and some boxes and cups within view on the lot. I've stayed here before and probably will again because of the parking and quiet location. Desk staff was nice and helpful to Spanish only speaker in front of me. A good value for me pulling a trailer, to get a nice hot shower and clean bed with good storage for the trailer.

Positive: For what it was a 2 star place the sheets were clean and the outside was very clean and lit up. Negative: Maybe just the carpet and the bathroom need a little update .

Great experience! The environment is peaceful and relaxing. There's a truck lot towards the back. Always availability. The hotel rooms are spacious. Cool design and layout. I chose a double queen bed. Prices are great compared to neighboring hotels. Also, there's privacy no disturbances.

The rooms are fine.....but there hasnt been one good receptacle to plug ANYTHING into and i have stayed in many differnet rooms because i work here throughout the week and go home on the weekends. Clean rooms but good luck charging your phone at night. Also i have a roommate and they always make it hard to ger two key cards

Worst hotel ever if i could leave a no star review I would, the lady upfront was horrible to us and our group. We came to visit our out of town friends after a concert and not even 5 minutes in we were called and scolded for having more than 4 people in the room granted only 4 people were staying. This lady cussed out our friend and called the cops for having 2 extra people visit his room that he paid for!!! This place had bare foot kids with adults pushing shopping carts outside of it yet having someone visit was a no no!|Worst customer service ive ever experienced. |Side note in those 5 minutes 3 roaches were killed.

The location was great and the room was great however shouldn't be a dog-friendly place, if they're going to ask someone to leave their property because of a barking dog.

Unfortunately there were small cockroaches in the sink and the room had a very strong musty smell, the towels rough and would shed everywhere. Didn’t expect much for an inexpensive stay, however they could do a better job with cleanliness.

Id rather stick a needle through my eye than deal with that lady ever again! Worst customer service especially for a already crappy motel.
