My stay at America's Best Value Inn in Collinsville, IL was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for my needs, close to local attractions and dining options. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Collinsville!
I traveled with some family and friends this was a memorable experience at Americas Best Value Inn. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here if you plan a trip in the area. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and this one by far was very outstanding with their customer service. We were accommodated so well and efficiently. The rooms had queen size beds, A/C,and great views which made the experience so much better. There were plenty of places to grab a bite to eat that were walking distance. The prices were great compared to places I’ve stayed at.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady and man at first were kind. We asked about the pool for the kids they told us it's shut down and has been for years because they didn't want to make it handicap accessible. I said the Web site says you have a pool. They said it doesn't. I looked to double check and of course it doesn't but it does show pics to make sure you think they have one. I said okay fine. So we Go ahead and go to the rooms ???????????? they smelled like moldy terrible vomit. I always check the beds (had a bad experience once) they were nasty full of food and hair and stains and bug / rodent feces. That was the last straw. I turned around to go up to ask for a refund and the lady and man were standing there at the door. I showed them all of this and the the guy literally said " oh they just forgot to wipe off the bed" . I said listen I'm sorry but we can't stay here. The biggest issue is the pool and the rooms are filthy. They said they can't refund I have to call, so I call and they tell me that the only one that can refund is the hotel. They refunded half my money refused to refund any more bc the website doesn't say they have a pool and that's my fault and they offered new rooms and we declined. .. umm yes I did bc why after all this in 3 rooms not just 1 would I think that any thing else would be better. Fix and clean you rooms. I have video and photos. Kindly return the rest of my money.
We get to the hotel at about 6 pm(ish). The representative was soooo busy with NO help for him. We finally get into the room about 30 mins later. The next day cleaning crew comes to the room while we were gone. Cool ???? okay ???? they took the trash and towels. The next day, we check out early. We were trying to receive our deposit $. We go to the room together because she said there were some towels missing.. First, I'll go with you and show you ALL the towels in the room. She said there's supposed to be 7 towels Okay ???? We have counted 6... Long, storie short... I'll never return to this hotel. Good luck with your stay.....
Positive: Your morning front desk clerk, on Aug. 3, was outstanding ... your budget inn offers a few items for breakfast - by no means a full meal - and the clerk had to deal with an irate customer who thought he deserved a Hilton- or Doubletree-style breakfast. Negative: ""
