Stopped on my way south on a Friday, the room was clean and the guy working the desk was friendly. Decided to stay here again on my way back north and asked for the same room I had 2 nights prior which they made happen. It's a decent little motel, nothing fancy, but clean. It's right off the highway and fast food is close but Main Street Pizza is like 3 blocks away and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
For the price, can't beat this hotel. Definitely not a luxury hotel but the room was much cleaner than other hotels I've paid more for, beds were comfortable. Booked online which only allowed to book a non smoking room but they allowed me to switch to a smoking room upon arrival, found my hotel to stay at during the holidays when I'm visiting family!
I rented a room found a bed bug called the front desk they sent an employee to look for the bed bug I took a picture but they still didn't believe me they wanted me to find it and put it in a cup that the employee gave me and bring it to them then wouldn't give me another room or a refund i was only there for a or 4 hours I will add a Picture of the bug in the room below. Neil was very rude to me as well. The room was not clean , and there was blood on the corner of the bathroom wall as well. The room needed to be swept tables wiped off.
They kept my money for a room I didn't get to stay in and will not refund it.
Tim at the front desk was great. The rooms were very worn, but they were as clean as the wear and tear would probably allow. Definitely can't complain considering the low price. The whole place has a really unique layout; I would love to see what it originally looked like.
The overseer, Neil, was very helpful and personable. ???? When he was off shift at 11 pm, the next person was nice too. The only reason for 4 stars on the room was that they didn't have extra towels when I asked, and there was only 1 working lock on the door. I also asked about their breakfast time and for some reason they weren't having breakfast. Maybe equipment was down? Anyway, again, Neil was pleasant and Kim had the room very neat and clean. :)
My wife and her friend always come here when they come and visit me and they are by yet the best hotel especially Tim. He is nice and he speaks very kindly to us. He’s amazing. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else if you’re here for a Short trip or big trip come stay here
The manager, Neil, is our hero. My wife and daughter were driving cross country and happened to get into town during an event that had everybody booked up. He bent over backwards to make accommodations for them. A truly wonderful customer service experience I will never forget. If you see this Neil, thank you again.
Rooms in the back are a little outdated but not dirty by any means. They have ice cold air conditioning and that matters to me in the summer heat! The staff is friendly and respectful. No issues here whatsoever!
