For a low end hotel this place is great, sure it's not perfect, but this price and location is, the room was actually cleaner than I would have expected. No funky smells either.
The front desk was on par too, friendly and helpful.
We checked in and thought it would be a nice night. I was hit with a surprise $100 deposit and was told it would be refunded the next day after checkout. We were given room 119. The room was dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door, and the towel rack kept falling off the wall. It was filthy and the TV didn’t work. The desk person didnt do anything to correct these issues. I checked in last Wednesday night, and checked out Thursday morning. I still have not got my deposit back on my card. That is $100 I feel has been stolen from me. I would never recommend this hotel.
Initial impressions were great as the inn is located very close to the CSU campus as well as to many restaurants and stores in the town. Additionally, the service desk was very friendly and helpful, giving insights about the town as well. The room, on the other hand, could use some improvement. Some of the towels had stains, and the floors could definitely be cleaned a little more thoroughly beforehand. Aside from that, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Chase is an excellent employee. While evacuating from Cohasset due to the Park Fire, Chase made us feel comfortable. Then when the fire spread to more nearby towns, despite numerous technological issues, I watched Chase remain steadfast and polite during the chaos. Chase turned an otherwise disaster into a tolerable situation. We are grateful for his calm demeanor.
Affordable rooms, nothing special other than the service from front desk.
Dirty room dirty floor dirty bed. Used my own sleeping bag to sleep in and after checking in I noticed the bathroom was not clean. Told the front desk about the issue and the issue was never taken care of. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else
I just want to say Ryan who works at the front desk at night times is so amazing and friendly and has helped out a lot we appreciate him so much thanks again Ryan you were wonderful
The room was dirty!!! No blanket on the bed, it was shoved near the television! The pillows were on the ground in the corner of the room! The sheet on the bed had stains on it! There were cockroaches in the bathroom! There were ashes in the bathroom sink! There was a rolled up dollar on the bedside table!
I stayed here a couple years ago and they were in the middle of a change and updates.
So, i decided to give them another shot.
I'm so happy I did.
The room was clean, no bugs. Still not sure on the bed frames. But the mattress was very comfortable..
The staff was beyond excellent and helpful with whatever we needed.
I'm will be back.
