Best WLM Reviews

I'm very impressed with the affordable price. I booked last minute at 9 pm and had no trouble with my booking. Our room was clean and although the bathroom ceiling had rust it was the only thing that could use a bit of repair. The rooms have window units that can go from frigid to roasting so you should be able to get the temp you prefer in about 15 minutes. Breakfast included was nice too.
I recently stayed at Americas Best Value Inn in Cedar City, Utah, and while I acknowledge my oversight in not checking reviews beforehand, I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted with pleasant smiles, and I found the staff to be genuinely nice throughout my stay. This positive interaction is why I am giving the hotel a 2-star rating instead of a 1.
Unfortunately, my experience in the room took a turn for the worse. I immediately noticed a strong odor, which I suspected may have been due to the pet policy that allows up to three pets per room. Additionally, I found the air conditioning set to an unnecessarily high level, making the room quite chilly, especially given the lovely weather outside.
Upon returning to my room later that evening, I discovered the source of the smell was far worse than I had anticipated. What I initially thought was a pet odor turned out to be a strong and unpleasant urine smell that permeated the entire room. The only thing I had to mask the odor was some perfume I had brought with me, which I found myself spraying multiple times throughout the night just to make the room somewhat bearable.
The next morning, I noticed the carpets were old and stained, leading me to believe that many of these stains were likely related to past animal incidents. While I understand that I chose a budget hotel, I believe there is room for improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
Overall, I think this establishment has potential and could greatly benefit from focusing on these areas.
We got switched to 3 different rooms cause the first room didn't have a plug to the tv. The 2nt room wasnt cleaned and the 3rd room there was no mattress for the hide a bed couch so we couldn't sit and the Ac/ heater controls were off. The carpet had stains the bed was uncomfortable the hallway smelt and was dirty. And the shower head had hard water stains.and they required a deposit at the time of check in. But you get what you pay for.
booked a 3 night stay with this hotel. both booking and check-in were great. we made our way into the building and you can see dirty carpet stains, dusty countertops, very unpleasing “breakfast” stationary. entering our room for the night, we are bombarded with the strongest urine/moldy smell. big carpet stains, dead bugs on the wall, spider webs, moldy shower and strong odor scent - overall an awful and disgusting experience. spoke to front desk and was promised a refund. 10 days later, received nothing. don’t be fooled by the pictures, this place is far from what is shown on the pictures. 0/10 place and management.
I had to pull out the night stand to plug in my blow dryer, and it was dusty and dirty behind that. The tub, didn’t drain very well it took 10 minutes or so after my daughter got out. The shower curtain had mold on it and the light it broken with no cover. The hallways are dirty and don’t look vacuumed, the stairwells ( there’s no elevator) was dirty and dusty. They needed to be vacuumed. The phone didn’t work, my husband had to walk downstairs to get help with our TV that wasn’t working.
Man I wish I could post pictures on here. Definitely stay away.
Awful service, that's even if you get any kind of service. Heat doesn't work, lights (if they work) are a fire hazard at best, maintenance never shows up to fix anything, and front desk staff is rude and doesn't know what she is doing. I am grateful for a roof over my head, but in any other circumstances, I definitely would not stay here.
If you want to spend the night in a make shift crime scene this is your place the floors are disgusting, it’s smells like mold as well as thou towels have blood stains I don’t even think that the sheets where washed. I think you get more staying at motel 6 then this place and if you get on their site the website it’ll say $40 but then they’ll try to overcharge you by $55 to 65 when I brought this to the attention. She stated we’re sorry well, give you a four dollar discount I ended up paying 55 and then I had a book another day and told me it would be $87
the lady at the front desk I’m sure she’s nice but you barely understand her! I am sure she meant well, but like I said, I cannot understand her. I had to ask questions numerous times, but like I said you get what you paid for I will no longer be staying at this place ever again!
And not to mention stay away from the pool it’s so green and nasty looking!
I am a truck driver and they had ample room for my truck, I was able to see my truck from my room!
The ladies who work here are amazing, friendly, professional and courteous.
I had a great shower and the room was excellent! Best nights sleep I have had since I left home ????
Thank you
I will stay here again!!!
