Nothing fancy, but the room is adequate for a quick start and the service is friendly and accommodating. We needed a room overnight with quick access to the airport and this place served that need. The first room we were given had a strong mold odor but they moved us as soon as we raised the concern with no fuss. The remainder of our overnight stay was uneventful and just what we needed. The rate was reasonable but we did get charged a $40 early check in fee, putting it right in line with other hotels with more amenities, but we just needed the easy room so we didn’t mind much.
Paid online for a stranded friend who lost his credit card but they wouldn't let him in without a deposit, the clek asked me to send him personally a picture of my credit card and driver license,I refused and he denied my refund
We were in Buda for a couple of days and this place is very convenient in location and comfort. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. And very convenient price

I will be completely honest. I was very surprised. The entire hotel has been completely redone and it is very nice. Rooms repainted and renovated. Parking lot has been replaced and repainted. The hotel was very nice to stay at. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the money.
Only strikes against are the breakfast is a pastry and the coffee is not that great, but hey it’s a hotel, they don’t serve Starbucks
1st thing that surprised us was the room. It looked brand new, like spanking new. Looked recently remodeled for sure, out-of-the-package-new sheets/pillow cases/etc. Small restroom but it was all remodeled new looking. Nothing out of shape. No roaches, none. We were upstairs. Super super clean no doubt! We didn't explore because we used it only to shower and sleep.
Rooms were clean perfectly suited for my needs. Wi-Fi was fast, comfortable work station, lots of well-placed outlets, and guests were quiet and mostly here for work it seems.
More importantly the staff was friendly and accommodating. Patel helped me navigate an important conference call around the checkout time and work from the parking lot after. He even offered to make the amenities available when I finished (and I was more than happy to take him up on that since the pool is clearly clean and well-maintained). This customer service is becoming harder to find these days but it sure makes a difference to guests like me.
I genuinely appreciate the customer care and the comfortable stay and look forward to returning.
Very clean, nice remodeled rooms, good location, quiet, decent price. bed comfort ok, BUT I checked in Saturday late afternoon, next day Sunday all day at fiesta TX park, came in after midnight , missing phone charger, I know it was in my room because I took it down and it was not in my car.. I told mgmt immediately they said housekeeping comes in at 9am tomorrow. Phone completely dead..Wish I had placed the DND sign (didn't have one/see one in room) .. not sure if any other items missing not sure if I would stay again
